Our Family of 19 rented this beautiful home August 6-13th,2022. The house is new and beautiful! Views from front and back Awesome! Pictures of the pool do not do it justice its unbelievable! The pool was supposed to be cleaned on Tues and when they did not come I called beach realty and someone was there within the hour! This home has it all! We spend most of our time on the Porch as I'm sure most vacationers do, Additional rockers on the main floor porch would be great. This is the first home we rented that had dishwasher and laundry tabs owners thought of everything. We have found our vacation house for a long time!

The house was absolutely beautiful. More than we actually expected. The house was very clean, the rooms were big, the house is completely stocked and the pool was huge. We just loved everything about this property. The endless views of the ocean was such a lovely sight to sit and enjoy during our morning cup of coffee. The house provided multiple areas to gather for various activities. We could all gather together for game night or movie night and we could separate into to smaller groups when ready. It was just the perfect house for us. We had a wonderful time at this property. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

We visit Garden City every other year. This was our 6th trip down. This house was great! The size was great, the rooms were a nice size, the office and sitting room on the 3rd floor was great addition. A couple of downfalls, there is no garbage disposal in either of the kitchen sinks. We also had issues with the pool getting cloudy and not having proper chemical levels. One of our guests who stayed with us owns a pool and spa company and without being able to look at the equipment could tell that the salt generator for the chlorine is not working properly. We were told it was cloudy because we were wearing sunscreen by the pool company. I could look at both pools on either side of us and they were not having the same issue. I would recommend this gets resolved otherwise future guests will continue to have issues. Otherwise, I would recommend this property to anyone. It was a great stay.

My rental experience with Beach Realty has always been wonderful. The homes they offer for rental always meets my family's needs. The spectacular professionalism and customer services is one reason we return almost every year.

The description was as advertised, regarding location layout, amenities, and other luxuries. The property was well-maintained and cared for We appreciated the customer service throughout our stay and we've always appreciated the service Beach Realty provides.

I would and have recommended this properties and others to my friends and relatives. We hope to return in 2024 for another family vacation.

The activities we participated in during our stay were jet skiing, golfing, and para-sailing. Lastly, our favorite restaurants were Gulf Stream Cafe, Garden City Pancake House, and Tupelo's to name a few.

Garden City, SC is one our favorite vacations spots in U.S.

We had a great stay in this home. The house is huge, has almost every amenity you could ask for, and the location is perfect. The only thing we wished it had was an elevator. We hope to be back in the future.

From the moment we walked into your realty office Chelsea met us with a smile, what a gem you have with her, she is incredible!!! Great customer service from HER, She was there to help us every step of the way. Thank you Chelsea for everything you did.
The house was amazing, down to the last detail, we loved it, it was very well designed and we absolutely loved it, it made our stay just wonderful, the hot tub and pool were the highlight of our trip and of course location was lovely every morning just watching the sunrise and sunset, but especially because we got to spend it with family and friends
