We had a great week at this home. It was great for the entire family. The beach and pool were amazing and we loved the fact that it was close to everything but far enough that the beach was not crowded at all. Best family vacation by far! Thank you!

Our family loved staying at Treasure By The Sea for the second year. The setup is just perfect for our family! The bedrooms are all very nicely furnished, the kitchen very well equipped, and the outside furniture is plentiful and very nice. We really enjoyed sitting out by the firepit and enjoying the beautiful evenings.
The living room furniture on the first level could really use some TLC, though. The fabric on the armrests of the chairs are all ripped and the chairs just aren't comfortable at all.

House was large enough for our group. Pool was heated and enjoyed by all. Unable to use roof deck since door was locked. Grill didn’t work at first and had to by a new tank -by then we didn’t need it. Outside furniture was great and enjoyed the fire pit. Outside area had many weeds around patio area. Toaster also didn’t work. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Loved everything about the property except the gas grill. After cleaning the grills which looked like they had never been cleaned, I turned the grill on but due to the condition of the grill I was never able to get the temperature over 200 degrees. We had to cook the hamburgers and hotdogs inside.

Our family of 20 members enjoyed our stay. We thank the owner for tracking down our grandson who had left 2 study manuals for college and returned them via mail to his house in N Carolina. This was our 3rd year staying at this house. One family of 5 from Minesota did not come due to the virus.

Kitchen well stocked. Home felt clean. The large windows provided huge views. Loved eating meals at the lage kitchen table. 2 sets of washers, dryers,dishwashers,fridge all worked as they should. Beach access is a public walkway which was easily accessable from the pool gate for easy access for beach walks. Hose to rinse feet however was a little far away and made a sandy mess by the pool. The pool heat worked great. Pool was heated to 89 which was great because air temps were 72 and breezy, sept 12-19. We had a terrific vacation. Dressers were large enough to unpack luggage. Home had excellent lighting. Enjoyed the Roku TV's. We would consider staying again in the future. Quality outdoor furniture.

Treasure by the Sea is a great vacation house for large groups as the house has plenty of bedrooms for everyone and separate living rooms for adults and kids to unwind. The pool was heated and made for great fun for the kids. The views of the ocean from the decks and living rooms made watching the sunrise easy. The house is well equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two ovens which for our group of 14 was very useful with meal prep and cleanup. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone with larger groups and wants great amenities and oceanfront location. Everyone in our group is already thinking when we can come back.

This home has all the amenities--and then some!!
Loved having a washer and dryer on both the main floor and the second floor. Two refrigerators gave our group of 11 incredible refrigerator and freezer space. No need for lots of trips to the grocery store.
Sitting at the kitchen table, we were looking out huge windows right onto the beach. Lovely!! The only things missing were an outdoor shower (to get rid of all that sand from the beach) and a bathroom off the pool (to preclude running into the house with a wet bathing suit). These items are not game changers. The house had more dishes, glasses, bowls, mugs, pots & pans than any house we have rented. I highly recommend Treasure by the Sea for a magnificent vacation!!!

We had a great time at Treasure By the Sea. It was a perfect setting for my family of 6 adults and 5 boys, 7 and under. Everyone had their own space and the boys loved the bunk rooms. The immediate access to the beach was wonderful and the pool at the house was enjoyed immensely! SC Beach Realty was great to meet our every need. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to returning in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay in this house! Ten adults were able to spread out and enjoy the amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were very glad to have a second full-size refrigerator in the laundry room by the kitchen. We'll know next time to bring our own wood for the fire pit. We had an issue with the ceiling fan and light on the second floor, but maintenance and then an electrician came and resolved the issue.

This was a beautiful home that we stayed at this year. It was the perfect size for two families. We loved the location because we like to be more south of the tourist section when we rent our beach house. The two complaints we had were that this house did not have its own walkway to the beach and it did not have nearly any television channels for at night when we wanted to relax.

I can't say enough good things about this home. After 16hrs driving down from Massachusetts, this was certainly the light at the end of a long, traffic-filled, rest-stop eating tunnel lol. Beautifully decorated which you can tell from the photos, but it’s even MORE impressive in person. There was nothing we "needed" that it didn't have. Enough plates, silverware, cups and pans to feed all of us (there were 19) for the week AND we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal. 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers, 2 dryers...even 2 fridges = AMAZING. Each bedroom was spacious, had it's own bathroom, a few with their own decks. The house is massive, so you not only have plenty of room to hang out together, but you can also retreat to your own space too if you need some downtime. Plenty of parking, beautifully landscaped, GORGEOUS patio with two pools, fire pit, plenty of lounge chairs and the best part...click the fence and you're on the walkway to the beach. Being ocean-front was hands-down the best part for me. It's not super walking-distance to things, it's a little bit of a hike, but with a golf cart, or a short 5 minute drive, you're near everything you need. I was SO impressed with what this area has. Literally, there wasn't ONE store that I looked for that I couldn't find. Super quiet and you feel far away from everything (which is relaxing) but in reality, you're less than 10 minutes from everything you need/want. It was still really busy too for this time of year. Not summer crazy, but a good busy. The fact that they open up their home, of this caliber, to strangers says a lot about them as people. We can't thank you both enough. To you, reading this, planning your stay, wondering if this is the home for you, the answer is YES. Our trip was fabulous and a HUGE part of that is because we stayed in what was perhaps the NICEST house I've ever seen (and I work for builder/developer). You will not be disappointed and that's a promise. We were all COMPLETELY blown away.

This is our second year staying in this house. We especially enjoy the firepit at night and the pool and beach during the day. The pool was a tad chilly this year so heating it next stay may fix that. This house fits out family of 13 well and offers lots of rooms and beds to sleep in. Overall we are happy with this house and have booked it again for next year! We love Beach Realty. They have beautiful, clean homes and are always quick to fix any issues that arise. We've stayed with many realty companies in Garden City and they have by far the best selection of beautiful rentals at affordable prices.

This house was fantastic! We had 17 people from age 7 to 68 and the layout was perfect for everyone. The house was exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped with just about anything you needed. The location of the house was far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to activities. There were two wifi networks which was great but those on the 3rd floor had a hard time connecting to either one. It was nice having a gas grill. It wasn't connected correctly at first but we fixed that with no problem. I highly recommend getting the linen service. Not having to bring linens was a huge help. Just a few things that consider. Face towels/wash clothes were not provided and were needed. The soap supplied was not sufficient so we had to buy bath soap. There were only two dish towels for the kitchen. We could have used a few more with all the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again for sure!!!!

We have rented from Beach Realty for over 6 years and have always been happy with our stays. This was no exception. We were a little apprehensive about the weather due to Hurricane Florence, but upon arrival everything except 501 looked good. We only experienced a short period of rain one day. The house was well decorated with the exception of tables and lamps, which would have made the living areas not so bright with overhead lighting. The downstairs living room was small, seating only 5 people and we had 10. The kitchen is large with plenty of seating (at least 17) and was well equipped, the built in oven for some reason didn't work, but the oven with the stove did. The ice maker downstairs was great, we could pack our coolers, go to the beach and still have plenty of ice. The pool was mostly shaded, I guess due to the time of year (late September). Thank goodness this house didn't have a private walkway to the beach or it would have been blocked by the sand dunes created to prevent the water from flooding the houses. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was in great shape with plenty of pillows. We opted for the linen package and happy we did as the beds were made up for us and we had plenty of towels and washrags. Our gang usually hung out on the decks in the mornings, these decks are small, only seating two to three on the main deck and probably 5 on the upper deck, but we knew this going in, we just wanted to have an ocean view. We will rent again, probably in a different house as we are used to big houses, big pools, large decks and large common areas.

Our 3children and 6 grandchildren are scattered in 5 different states, This location and this house is a perfect place for all of us to gather. The space and well equipped house meets all our needs. This is the third year we have rented this property and we have reserved it for next year.

The house was perfect for our [7] families. The [2] upper floor bunk rooms are ideal for large groups and this year we had [6] of [10] boys together in one bunk room. We are beach people from New Jersey, but now live in [5] states and this location was excellent. Being close to Myrtle Beach some went on the amusements and played miniature golf, others to Murrells Inlet for deep sea fishing where they caught about 25 fish of all types. Every day was beach and pool day, perfect weather where we swam with the fish. Schools of fish were chased by larger fish to the shore and we knew it was time to get out of the water as the sharks were spotted not far behind. From the decks of the house whales just sitting off shore were visible on [2] days mid week. Each family prepared a meal for everyone one night a week, after which it was time to walk the beach, pickup the beach apparatus and have desert, followed by games, puzzles,or just plain getting to talk with those we see but once or twice a year. Next year will be the 3rd year we will be at this location as we again look forward to it.

The one comment we have is that the [2] "tinker toy" refuse cans are too small for our use. We use a lot of paper plates, bowls and cups or the cleanup would be much more labor intensive with use of the dishwasher, etc. We think we might bring or donate as one of our large families use in their home kitchen, a large galvanized garbage can with a pull off lid able to hold the large black plastic bags. This would make it easier for clean up and disposal.

WE LIVE IN MYRTLE BUT OUR FAMILY FLIES IN AND WE ALL HANG OUT FOR A WEEK AND THIS IS THE PERFECT HOUSE. PLENTY OF SPACE AND PERFECT POOL AREA FOR THE KIDS. WE LIKED IT SO MUCH WE ALREADY RESERVED IT FOR NEXT JULY.

The house is very nice and well stocked. The pools are great. Especially liked the kiddie pool for the little ones. Very nice outdoor setup with area to hang out Outdoor bar area and refrigerator very convenient. Location is great. Right on the beach in a non commercialized area.

This was our 1st stay at Treasure By the Sea. We had a wonderful vacation. The kitchen especially was well equipped and plenty of room for dining for our family of 16.Having 2 refrigerators and washer and dryers was a bonus. The location was perfect,away from the crowd yet close enough to grocery and attractions.
The pool area was great and we enjoyed the gas grill.We never used the fire pit,but will enjoy next time as we booked again for next year. The negative was the main living area and porch had not been swept. We did call about this and they offered to schedule another cleaning. Also we enjoy a big porch to gather. This house has 2 small ones.

We recently rented for a holiday gathering combining multiple families for a long weekend in Garden City. The house met everyone's needs beautifully! Everyone had a queen or king sized bed, there were plenty of dishes and glasses for our group. Activities at the house, like a fire pit and room on the patio for games made it easy for all of us to have a great time without feeling as though we were on top of each other. It was very clean and we will go back again if holiday vacations allow!

Sadly, all beach toys left by previous renters had been removed before we arrived. Pots and pans were numerous as were plates and utensils. Would have loved a tea kettle! Washing machines and dryer weren’t working properly and main ice maker in kitchen fridge wasn’t working. Intake vents on HVAC were pretty dirty as were the bathroom fans. Beach Reality company was incredibly responsive to our phone calls about the issues we had. They were all great to work with.
