House was great, new couches, very clean. This is the 4th time our golf group of 12 has stayed here. Only complaint was that the hot tub was cold for the first 4 days before getting corrected. Otherwise another fantastic stay.

We have spent many years at Summer Salt. We love this house and its beach location. Our family enjoys our time together, and this house works for us. The property management company is very responsive - thank goodness! The kitchen is well stocked. But the furniture needs to be maintained better. The walls have been spackled but needs paint. It's the attention to these details that have disappointed us in the past several years. We love this house, please take care of it.

11 of us stayed at Summer Salt for our annual golf trip. House is in a perfect centralized location for golf either in MB or Pawleys Island. 10 minute drive to a ton of excellent restaurants located on Business 17 in Murrells Inlet.
Would recommend this property to any large gathering!

we bought down 4 families for a week's stay as early graduation gifts to our friends' children. This home provided more than ample space for us all (there were 18). Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made everything so easy for all to get ready. Pool/hottub and ocean front are a trifecta for vacation and this property has it!

Where do I begin with Summer Salt? This is our tenth year staying in Murrells Inlet and it was our best. We have stayed at My Valentine, Flying Geese, Grandview and The Sanctuary. They were all nice in their own way (my personal all time favorite “beach house” was flying geese) but Summer Salt literally had it all even down to labeling the cabinets with its contents!
We arrive in Myrtle Beach at 0700 and usually are in early . This was the first time we didn’t get in until 1600 I can’t say I wasn’t upset but I found out they were taking care of fire ants. Living in MA I had no idea what kind of damage and wrath a fire ant can commit on a human being but after googling them I’m happy as a clam they got rid of them.
One of the comforters was dirty, big deal we took it off and put on another one
The house is immaculate. We loved the openness of the first floor , the two islands , the pantry, THE ICE MACHINES BOTH WORKED AWESOME!. The two fridges were great and the upstairs bar was phenomenal. We had multiple twenty somethings and they were thrilled being able to watch the hockey on one tv and the basketball on the other. Sunrises on the back deck with mimosas (don’t judge) and sunsets on the front deck with gin and tonics and other fruity concoctions. Okay so maybe we drink a lot which leads me back to the bar. There’s a legit beer fridge (which also keeps gin very cold).
I can’t say a negative about Summer Salt it really had it all seriously and no it’s not the gin talking. I didn’t even mention the stove and griddle oh that griddle I loved the griddle. Already booked for next year.

Summer Salt was the best vacation house that we have stayed in thus far! It had all the amenities that we needed. It is a Beautiful oceanfront home with a beautiful pool! My entire family enjoyed it so much that no one wanted to leave! We were all trying to find out how we could buy it and stay there forever! House was ready when we arrived. The kids jumped in the pool and our week at the beach began! We love this house because our entire family can come together a celebrate a 60 year tradition of being together at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle our crew. And the spacious islands are great for our feasts. When we had questions or concerns Beach Realty responded professionally and fast. We will be back again next year!

Second time renting Summer Salt! House is beautiful! This year we had 28 family members enjoying the week. Overall, we did not have any major complaints. The outdoor lounge furniture needs to be professionally cleaned, no one sat on it all week it was so unsightly. Also the grills need to be replaced.

We always have a wonderful time in Murrells Inlet. We have moved up from a 10 bedroom to this 12 bedroom house. Our numbers are growing. The house has a great floor plan for gathering, lots of places to sit allowing for different activities. We had a couple of mechanical issues when we arrived but Beach Realty handled them quickly. We have family arriving from several different states so we have lots of cars and this house can accommodate that. We will be back next summer.

Our family and friends gather in Murrells Inlet area every fall. This is our 14th year. The house was great - lots of room to hang out & play - and quiet nooks and corners to relax. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use! As did the pool table. Kitchen is very well-equipped. The only thing I would add is another kitchen sink or prep sink. With 20+ people it got a little crowded while cooking and cleaning up. Nice furnishings overall. The staff at Beach Realty are friendly and responsive. No worries there. We golfed, walked the beach, grilled a lot! The Seafood in Murrells Inlet restaurants was very good. Also went on a fishing charter and the Marshwalk restaurant cooked up our fresh catch on the spot - really good! The kids enjoyed a ride on the 'Skywheel in Myrtle beach. Another great vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation in Summer Salt. It was our second year in this house. We will be back next year too. It has a wonderful location on Murrells Inlet. It is far enough away from the pier to allow us to have a restful stay and yet it is not far from restaurants, golf courses and amusements.

We stay in Garden City every year and had some extra family staying this year so we got a big place. The house was amazing. Quality built and nothing skimped on. The house was so much bigger than it looked on the website. The pool and hot tub were awesome for our large family. We had no issues and feel like we got more than we paid for here.

We have rented this property for this same week for the past 4 years. This property has the right amount of open space, rooms and accessories for our needs. There are plenty of kitchen supplies and materials along with 2 refrigerators for all of our needs. There is an additional refrigerator on the pool level for pool side refreshments. Although we did not use the outdoor cooking area, there is a grill and smoker that can be used. In summary, you will not be disappointed in this rental, we have already placed out deposit for next year.

We have enjoyed many years at Summer Salt. What keeps us coming back is the layout of the house, the pool and the location on the beach. We are able to gather together in the house for meals without it being too crowded. Kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and more. SC Beach Realty always takes good care of us. My only complaints are the that the mattresses, bed coverings are getting worn and the outdoor cushions on the back porch need to be replaced.

This was a wonderful house for our group of 23. There was plenty of room. The pool was a great size and loved the walkway to the beach. Some of the mattresses had stains and some of the pool table chairs were torn but overall house was in great condition. We loved the outdoor grill and smoker. Location is very residential but we did bike to the pier. Thank you! Just a heads up pack toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap (only give you bar soap), trash bags and dish detergent. There are bathrooms for each bedroom plus a powder room on each level and by the parking area. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved the house!! We are staying again next year! It was gorgeous, great location and the pool was awesome! Our only request would be a better grilling area outside and more table seating down by the pool, we wanted to eat lunch with the kids at the pool but had to sit on loungers. The upstairs air was a little off, one side of the house would be cold and the other would be hot! But we loved our stay!!!

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and in good condition. Had a little problem with bugs but called Beach Realty and it was taken care of. Any issue was handled immediately.

Beautiful Home, great location, we entertained a large family and friends and never felt crowded. The house was well appointed with all we needed. Lovely kitchen with plenty of counter space to prepare and serve meals. Kiddie pool great for the little ones and the pool table, great for the teens. Had a great time. Will be returning next year. Thanks for a great week.

House was great. Plenty room for our group of 30. The only issue we had was that the ice makers did not work and the outdoor shower was never unlocked for us.

Very nice and spacious home. Second year in a row we have stayed there.
Ice makers were not functioning and door to over had been sprung making it not fit properly

We brought a crew of 20 couples to stay here in December 2015 for a retreat. This house is unbelievable. So big, so nice, no one was uncomfortable, every room is like it's own suite (bathroom and television in every bedroom). The kitchen is immense and designed to easily and quickly feed an army. Yet, while this house can handle a large group, it is still very much a home and that's how it feels, not a hotel or retreat center. It's amazing. View of the ocean is stunning. Great pool. Beautiful, wonderful, relaxing... is that enough adjectives? Every single person in our party was raving about it. Oh, and the huge game room with full bar... are you kidding me? I've rented out a lot of places for groups and family functions over the years but this one is hands down the best I've ever seen. Loved it. Enjoyed it. I want to go back. So relaxing...

House was fantastic. Played 18 every morning and came back to cooked shrimp, cocktails, and cigars on the deck overlooking the ocean. Each guy was able to retreat to his own private bedroom and bath. Hot tub was awesome and used the grill to barbecue some steaks. Great access to local restaurants all within 5 to 10 minutes. Will definitely book again for a future golf trip that we do annually.

We stayed at this house in May, 2016 and had a great time. More than enough room for all 20 of us! It was clean and the linen package came in handy. We'll definitely be booking this place again.

This house was perfection for our reunion group of 25. The house is beautiful, well-laid out for areas of gathering as well as quiet. The kitchen was great for the group.We ate all our meals at home because it was so convenient.
Unfortunately, we learned the staff was very responsive to our service requests:the adults were all surprised to see how poorly the place had been treated by previous renters. Every service request we placed was quickly remedied. Great place, great location, and great company. The view from all decks=perfection. Great pool and hot tub too. Be aware there is a bathroom under the house, near the pool: Parents didn't discover this for several days of taking children upstairs from the pool :-0

It was fabulous and mainly due to the excellent weather for an entire week. The house fit our large party just wonderfully. The agents at Beach realty are a delight to work with and took care of any problems that we may have had during the stay.

Summer Salt was the perfect house for a large group. Kitchen was extremely spacious with ample seating for all guest. Pool was also great along with hot tub which was easily accessible. Only thing missing is a bar near the pool. Had some minor electrical and a/c issues - one call to Beach Realty with immediate follow-up. We'll be back!

We loved everything about our vacation. This house exceeded our expectations. We had a large group of 29 ranging from new babies to adults and there was enough space for everyone! The property is very well maintained. The pool area was a favorite and the location is amazing! We will back for sure!

The owners have thought of everything you would need to make this property the best for your vacation stay, from the large Pool, Hot Tub to the generous amount of open space and game room areas. The main floor area is set up for large groups with expanded space including the cover rear deck. The Middle level Game Room with working bar area add to your vacation experience. You won't be disappointed by reserving this property for your next South Carolina vacation.
