We have been doing a guy's golf trip for years & have settled on Myrtle Beach the last few years. This was our first time at Sea Y'all Soon. It didn't disappoint. The location is awesome - right on the beach. The hot tub was very large, gorgeous pool - both got lots of use. The 3 icemakers, extra fridges , 3 coffeemakers, multiple laundry machines etc. make a Golf trip with a bunch of guys run much smoother. They didn't spare much expense even down to the cutlery. This house is very well appointed. Was the best accommodations we have ever had & we have already rebooked next year for our 25th annual. Thanks !

We have stayed on this strip in Beach Realty Rentals for many years with our staff as a company retreat. Took a hiatus during the pandemic and this was our first year back. Sea Yall Soon was a wonderful return to our favorite little stretch of beach paradise for a few days every fall. Always super easy to work with Beach Realty & we will no doubt be back!

We rented this beautiful home for a small wedding on the beach with our close family. The house was perfect for our 28 guests. We all had our own space and the common space was more than enough to accommodate our needs. Absolutely stunning property!

Our second year staying at this house with 7 couples. So much space and privacy along with all the great social areas. Pool and hot tub are the best. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived, but they were there to fix it within a day. Amenities are great and such a peaceful ocean view.

We had a fantastic week at Sea Y'all Soon. The house fit our needs very well. The children had a blast at the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing we didn't like is that the kitchen didn't have a garbage disposal. We will go again!

Great house. Have stayed in this area every spring for the last 25 years, and this was one of the best large houses. Really laid out for a large family getaway. Only missing a few minor items; garbage disposal and pantry would have made it perfect. This is a keeper location.

Spacious, meticulously designed and decorated home - perfect for large gatherings. The outside area (pool, bar, games, putting green) are something you won't find at any other home in the area! Beautiful home! Extremely spacious and clean. Had everything you would want for a week with family/friends at the beach. Pool area was best. Definitely coming back.
There was no garbage disposal which was strange for a newly built home this size, but I’m sure there was a reason.

The house was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We split our time between the beach and the pool. For our large family the pool and outdoor amenities are the most important part. The putting green was a wonderful addition to the property. We made good use of the grill/bar area. By far our favorite feature of this house was the pool area. It was large and easily accommodated our large, extended family (19 people)for games of Marco Polo.

We had a large group of family at this beach house for Thanksgiving. There were so many things to do without leaving the house. The pool and hot tub are the best we have ever seen. This trip marked our families 29th family reunion at the beach. Each year we rent a beach house. This hands down was THE BEST house we have ever rented. Parking was adequate, I called the realty company to fill the hot tub back up after using it for several days. The response was speedy and we were back swimming in the hot tub within 2 hours from the call. The house had a very well stocked kitchen. Pots, pans and knives were new and nice. We had 2 large fridges, 2 ovens, 2 sinks. There was also a large crowd on the 2nd floor watching sports and hanging out. Could not have dreamed of a better house to host a large Thanksgiving gathering. THANK YOU for so many family memories made! I would highly recommend this house, beach and realty company to anyone.

This house is absolutely amazing, from every detail in the inside to the best backyard area (unique pool and hot tub) in Myrtle. The owners clearly really care about delivering an amazing product, and do they ever deliver. On top of that, the management company was excellent. We had one tiny request and they were right on it. This house could be the best we have ever stayed in, and we've been doing this trip over 20 years. RENT IT!

Absolutely perfect for our family vacation. This was by far the best house we have stayed in since coming to Garden City. The House was amazing, clean, and in excellent condition. Spectacular home. This home was so well equipped with everything.We stayed there for Christmas week. The owner had a tree decorated there and beautiful poinsettia plants at the entrance. Also a very nice welcome basket.Too if the line everything. Our person from Beach Reality was beyond helpful with booking our stay. Was a crazy time of year and Chelsea was most pleasant all the time. My thanks to her for our terrific time. My family was over the top happy.

What a great house! The number 1 reason I rented this house was for the pool and it did not disappoint. We had guests from 2 years old to 60 years old and we all had a great time. The house was amazing!
