This is our 3rd time staying here for our family reunion/vacation. The house was still amazing, clean and so spacious. Everything was in working order and we had no issues. The location is great, far enough from the main intersection of town but close enough to pop in and get ice cream or pizza at Causeway. So yeah, we booked again for next year! See you soon Sea Suite! PS. the ladies in the office are great!

We were a family of 20 with ages ranging from 9 months to 76. Sea Suite had everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was very well equipped . Of course, the pool was the biggest hit especially for the young ones. Many wonderful memories were made. I would definitely recommend Sea Suite .

We love Sea Suite. Our only concern this year was that there was not enough silverware. We kept running out of forks, and had to purchase plastic ones from the store. Also the light on the steps going from the living area to the garage is very dim, and actually stopped working while we where there. We had two elderly relatives staying with us, and we were concerned about them going up and down the stairs.

Beach Week in July has been a family tradition for 40+ years. We have 34 family members from age 12 to 74...all making PRICELESS FAMILY MEMORIES together. We are always looking for BIGGER and BETTER and Sea Suite met our family needs...space for sleeping, eating and entertainment. The theater room was a big hit with our teenagers and the two dishwashers and sinks were handy. A SWING outside would be AMAZING! It’s almost impossible for a house this size to be spotless with the turnover time...it was cleaner than most. As always the biggest issue is condition of the gas grill. When a house advertises an OUTSIDE KITCHEN the grill should be usable. Chelsea and Casey were quick to respond to several issues...helpful and friendly. Our family plans to enjoy SEA SUITE for years to come...as long as our knees hold out! SEA SUITE was a beautiful setting for a celebration of our high school and college graduates and our newlyweds. A GOOD TIME WAS HAD BY ALL!

Entire family vacation. 7 adults, and 10 kids from 16 to 6. Worked extremely well. Great house, rooms, play area with games. Pool always a welcome w/ kids. Very clean and a great kitchen with plenty of space. All the utensils and pots and pans you could need for a large group. Can't miss renting this property. Would highly recommend.

We love staying at this property. The description and pictures accurately depict the house and the amenities. The location is quiet and calm. Anytime we have an issue, it is responded to fast and fixed in no time. This is our family reunion trip and we love Danny's Pizza, dinner out at Hot Fish Club and ice cream right in town at the arcade. Rest of the time we cook at the house and its well stocked with all that we need. We are booked for next year already!

This property is amazing. The location on the beach and near restaurants and golf is wonderful, we have stayed here 4 years in a row, minus 2020 covid year, so that should tell you something! Each bedroom having its own bath is awesome for couples as well as families. There are tons of books, tvs, games, pool chairs, etc. The pool and spa are great and we've always enjoyed spending time there as well as on the beach. All of that being said, the house is showing a little wear. Water damage on the wall next to the fridge, mini fridge that doesn't get cold, sliding doors very heavy and difficult to open. The management company is very responsive to all issues and sends out maintenance personal very quickly for any issues that we find. We didn't have a working vacuum, no broom, no bucket, etc so even though the realty is responsive, a check list of the property to make sure that everything is in working order and available would be greatly appreciated prior to check in. We love the property, the realty is awesome and we would stay here again!

We love this house. Plenty of room with so many wonderful features. The addition of the poolside restroom and shower were really convenient. As was the added island in the kitchen. The few issues we had were handled with efficiency and speed. Hats off to Beach Realty on a job well done. The house is spacious, well laid out and decorated beautifully. We had a wonderful time and can't wait until next year, we've already booked.

We have been coming to Garden City Beach for several years and this was our first year at Sea Suite we loved and are booked for next year. The layout of the house is the best layout in all areas and especially the bedrooms. The staff at Beach Realty are the best!! They are so helpful and great to work with!

We had a great time.
We had multiple ages from newborn to 90 yrs old. Everyone had a comfortable spot to enjoy. Pool was great for young children with large shelf. Bathrooms for all. Pool area had plenty of family space. We cooked kitchen was well stocked and large enough for all.

This house is breathtaking! The rooms were beautiful and having a private bathroom for each bedroom is genius. The kitchen is large and stunning, easy to cook any meal. Renting this house was the best choice for a friends week. We had a blast. The pool is awesome, but the ocean is unbelievable. The walk to and from the house to the beach is short on its own boardwalk. (Really makes you feel special). I can’t say enough positive things. I loved it!! 100% recommend!

The home is beautiful and nicely equipped. We never felt like we were on top of each other. From the minute we walked in we were in love and hope to continue coming year after year! Loved the large fridge,gas range, two sets of washer/dryers, ice makers, game level, movie room, pool, hot tub....amazing! Our only suggestion would be to put dressers/night stands in the two bunk bed rooms.

Enjoyed the house, pools, fire pit and ocean!Very spacious house with plenty of seating for meals. The kitchen could have been better stocked with pots, pans, glass containers and utensils and one stove was not working when we arrived. It was repaired timely.

This was our second year at Sea Suite. It is a beautiful property that fits our family of 16 with room to spare. The large family area for meals is really special. We enjoyed cooking and preparing our meals in the home, we didn't want to leave to go out.The pool is a real hit with everyone and I especially love the hot tub. So many wonderful bonuses with this house. Love the oceanfront location. Great views from all levels on the back of the house. Super walkway to the beach. We love this house and plan to return next year.

Beautiful, new house. Very accommodating. Beach Realty very responsive to our needs. Owners need to put some more towel racks/hooks in bathrooms, and a chair or two in bedrooms to help people get dressed.

This is a beautiful house. Great for large families and location is great. Outside area is fantastic though some work could be done to the grill area. Grill was dirty and so full of grease even after some cleaning from our group found it impossible to use! Would recommend staying at this property.

We come down each fall for a work retreat. What a great place to get our staff together to spend time meeting (in the spacious and comfortable living area) and enjoy the beautiful afternoon's on the ocean or at the pool. We don't even leave the house for the duration of our stay.

Very enjoyable. House was awesome Perfect fit for all of us. Only Issue I have is the way house is rented out. Our trip is from Friday to Monday, and they wont rent it that time frame. Outside of that it is perfect Will keep options open if one house becomes available for that time frame

This was our 4th year at this property. We love the house, the location and everything about it. The size fits our family of 16 perfectly. It is furnished beautifully and with all the necessary items that made our stay very nice. I sure hope the owners continue to maintain the high standard of care that is currently in place. Other homes we have rented begin to show wear after a few years, items missing or damaged; hoping this won't happen here.

All 28 of my family... 5 adult children, spouses, 17 grands stay together in this lovely Sea Suite for the week. It was amazing!! We even had our oldest grand turn 21 w/us and we were so happy that this is where he wanted to be w/ all his cousins aunts, uncles and grands playing games...Kahoot, Cornhole, cards, and songs. The pool, Beach and family volleyball are right there also. God has blessed us...w/ Catholic Church, also 8 to 10 minutes away from the house.

Beautiful large house with pool and beach access. Only downside is that one bedroom has no closet and one has tiny closet. Otherwise great!

Beautiful house which was easily able to accommodate our 23 guests. Beach Realty was very prompt in addressing our minor concerns about a spare propane tank, obtaining a new hose for the car port, and fixing a broken cabinet in the kitchen. We hope to stay here for several more years to come.

Our family of 24 stayed here in May 2019. This is by far the best beach home we've rented. It had the perfect kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 3 sinks, double stove/oven large pantry, large island & bar, & plenty of seating space. The pool area was outstanding with the pool, large hot tub, fire pit, and bar area. The tv in the theater room was not working while we were there & was supposed to be repaired or replaced, but other than that the home was perfect.

The home was amazing and in a great location for 12 adults to stay while playing golf. It had adequate rooms for sleeping, lounging, and both indoor and outdoor space for eating and meals. With the exception of one minor issue (the propane ran out so we did not have hot water for a half day), we had no concerns at all for this property. We loved the access to the beach, the location which was close to restaurants, the pier, and shopping, and the amenities the home provided (shuffle board, foosball, hot tub, theater room, etc.).

Our ladies group had an amazing time. The house layout was spacious, each room was decorated to match the beach theme, and the amenities were perfect for our large group. Beach Rental was very helpful and accommodating. Our ladies are still relishing our days at the beach.

This house was over the top gorgeous. Our family of 16 had a wonderful time making great memories utilizing all this home had to offer. The indoor shuffleboard and media room were the favorites. The pool and hot tub were the outdoor hits. The outdoor furniture was top notch along with the outdoor bar and grill. Having a brand new property was a new and fabulous experience. We loved the location on the beach....lots of room for spike ball and other games. The 10 bedrooms gave us plenty of space to spread out. The four adult couples were each able to enjoy a king bed and fabulous bathroom. The over sized refrigerator and freezer made it so easy for our large family to have plenty of food on hand. The bunk rooms were a huge hit with the 6 kids ages 6-13. Truly the best house we've rented in our 13 years of rentals. We've already reserved for next year. Thank you Beach Realty

The home was perfect for our family, we had 29 vacationers from age 69 to 20 mos. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and each bedroom had an bathroom. The main floor was tastefully decorated with everything needed to entertain, cook and play. The space was great and accommodated our large crowd. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool and beach. The walkway was perfect and we rented wagons to tote our beach wears to and from the house. The golf courses were close and there were a lot of restaurants and a Kroger close by. This was truly a wonderful vacation and we will be returning.

This was the perfect beach house, it's new and very well equipped including great games for adults or children. The house is well designed for large groups, we only had 10 adults so there was a lot of room to spare. The pool was fantastic and the pool service company stopped by a couple times during the week for routine cleaning and maintenance.

We all loved it so much we are discussing returning next year. We had 34 people stay and we were impressed with the amount of space we had. The video and pictures do not do this place justice, it is far better. LOVE IT!

Huge house with plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy their vacation. A few minor issues with outlets shutting off, but other than that it was the perfect vacation. All had fun. Not much more you could ask for in a vacation home.

The house was as described and even better in person. There was plenty of privacy as well as great space for get together for all16 adults. Staff was very responsive and friendly to every inquiry. Would suggest a second microwave but otherwise awesome experience! We are coming back.
