The owner was most generous to let us stay Wed. - Wed. It is truley designed for comfort and relaxing on the beach with family. There was an issue in the write up but Beach Realty took care of the situation by offering 2 roll away beds. It was listed with a pull out sofa which the furniture had changed and the photos showed to living areas but there is the one. Directions for the fire place would be nice but we didn't need to use it and there wasn't any propane. Maybe for insurance purposes propane isn't left on the premise. It was a perfect home and perfect weather to share with family celebrating my husband's 80th.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and furnished with everything we needed. Very comfortable mattresses. So many perks! We loved the tiki bar and game room. Already looking forward to staying again next year! After over 20+ years of renting beach homes, this is by far our favorite! Also excellent service as always with Beach Realty.

We have celebrated 10 Thanksgivings at the Pinnacle and it is always a great experience. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table very much. The only complaint was that almost all the sliding doors to the deck were not working.

My family and I have been traveling to Myrtle Beach for about 10 years. This was our best property to date. The location and amenities were perfect! Comfortable beds, game room, tiki bar and the foxes! I couldn't be happier.

Great house with plenty of amenities. Had fund in the game room down stairs while it was raining or at night. Overall house was nice and clean. Some updates are needed but all and all a nice place to stay. Parking was tight for 4 vehicles. Would stay here again.

Our family has been gathering at the Pinnacle for our Thanksgiving Celebration for many years. We love the location and the house is perfect for us.This house holds many good memories for us and we look forward to more years of the same. We have moved from toddlers to teens and the house works well for all! Having said this, the dishwashers are getting a little testy, they may be overworked!

We loved our stay at The Pinnacle, we held our small, family only wedding ceremony and reception dinner at the house and then had a "honeymoon" with our out of town family for the week. The property was perfect! Tons of space and lots of great areas to enjoy together with the whole family. Would highly recommend!

It was great. the large living-dining area was about the best we have had the last 8 years for our large group. Directky outside was also a large seating area re lax and enjoy the beach breezes. The awesome ground floor with all the sport activities was great for the teenagers. Parking was tight but we managed for 7 cars.

This was a long time trip in the making, 4 years to be exact. Great home, we loved it, we want to come back! We had breakfast and lunch at Dead Dog Saloon which we liked, We loved Wicked Tuna, Ate twice at Wahoo and once at Gulfstream, all had great food. My only complaint would be that the house was completely empty, but when we left we had extra dish washing liquid, extra dishwater pellets, extra garbage bags that we left in the house for the next guest, there was none of this when we arrived at house, I can't believe the people ahead of house did not need these items and had extra like we did, the house didn't even have left over toilet paper, even a couple rolls, just seemed strange is all. We were a group of 10 woman and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at this house about 8 years ago under another name. We loved it then and love it more this time. Removing the screening on the porch and putting in great seating made it a wonderful end of the day get together or just sitting to get out of the sun during the day. We love the location. We've stayed in this area since 1985 when the Waterford condos were built. This is our 45 yr. in Garden City. Love the game room in the garage. Teenagers loved it.

This property has so much to offer a family looking to relax and have a beautiful stay on the beachfront. The deck was a gathering spot for us every day especially with all the seating. The beds are very comfy offering a peaceful sleep and no beating the beautiful sunrises every morning. The home offers a huge gathering table for family dinners and so much more. We only had an issue with a dishwasher and the kitchen flooring however the management is very receptive and assured they will be fixing this immediately. They have a beautiful home with so much to offer as I have said and our family loved it. We would return in a heartbeat.

We have stayed at the Pinnacle for two years. Both years have been great and we do love the house. We did have problems with the hot tub both years but they came out quickly to fix. This year all dishes we pulled out of the cabinets were very very dirty. It was quite gross but probably due to who rented it the week before. The location is awesome and we love how it sits back off the road.

This was our second year vacationing at The Pinnacle. We loved everything about the house. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and the hot tube. My entire family raved that this was our best vacation ever. There were a couple of minor issues when we first arrived and the management/owner responded immediately and took care of our concern in a very short time . The realtor was excellent to work with and helpful with all our questions. This home and the location was perfect for our large family that includes grandchildren from ages 2-12. We're already booked for next year.

We used our stay at the Pinnacle to introduce our 4 year old granddaughter to her great grandparents, great aunts and uncles and great great aunts and uncles. The house was exactly as described and worked well with multiple elderly couples. The number of bedrooms with private baths, the elevator and the wide range of seating options made everyone comfortable. The kitchen is a cook's dream...although with the quality of local restaurants within a 5 minute drive I only cooked breakfast. The hot tub is amazing and provided a great morning "event" for our granddaughter when it was too cool to go to the beach.

Our first "family" vacation was perfect at The Pinnacle. With 6 adults and 3 children we had plenty of room, inside and out. Garden City Beach is the best beach in SC. Wide beach, low crowds! Beach Realty was very accommodating and great to work with. This is second time we booked with them and will surely do again.

We continue to be very pleased with the accommodations at the Pinnacle, we enjoy our Thanksgiving week on the beach with a hot-tub to run to after a cool dip in the ocean. Under the house is garage space, plus play space for the kids. Our biggest problem is that the week goes by way too quickly!

I rented this for a military reunion for guys that I served with and haven't seen in 25 years. I was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and accommodating. The staff/ customer service was very helpful and accommodating as well. We all had a great time catching up. The house was in a great area. The only issue that came up was a clogged bath tub drain. Maintenance took care of that in 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again.

The Pinnacle was the perfect house for us! 10 of us stayed comfortably for the week. Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the waves was exactly what we needed. The house was clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and getting caught up with family.

We met the owners. They are wonderful people. This is a lovely beach home. Our family of 5 adults and 3 children had a blast there. The views from most of the windows was breath taking. This home was very well equipped with everything you need and more. The elevator was great! We also, loved the gameroom.Everyone enjoyed the big hot tub. The only problem was we needed more than one trash can outside. All the restaurants around are great places to eat at. The Pirate Voyage is a great place to go see a show and have dinner. We hope to return.

Our family of 8 adults and four children ages 2-5 stayed for Christmas week and had a great time. The house is closer to the beach than the pictures appear and we enjoyed coffee on the deck while watching the ocean and wildlife. The house is also not quite as large as the pictures seem, but it was plenty of space for our group and yet cozy at the same time. We enjoyed cooking most of our own meals and the bar served as a great buffet. The hot tub was a great hit with kids and adults! Sadly, it was too chilly to enjoy the game room in the garage as the space is not completely enclosed (there are slats around a good portion of the area). It is probably a good shady and cool space for the summer. The house is nestled between a high-rise on one side and condos on the other, but we never felt crowded. At this time of year, there were few people on either side and we enjoyed the quiet beach.

Beautiful home. Loved the location not being right beside another house. nice view of ocean, easy and short walkway to beach front. Extra ice maker was really nice. Nice hot tub. The home was exactly as we imagined from the pictures. It was one of the prettiest homes we have stayed in. The elevator was an answer to prayer for my 90 year old parents. The beach was a short walk down the private walkway. The pool was right next door and virtually private when we used it. The hot tub was serviced throughout our stay to ensure cleanliness. The ocean front porch was amazing for sunsets and for my parents to also feel a part of the beach. The recreation area was a great surprise. What a gem! We will be back!

The only suggestion is that there be a book of reccomended restaurants, stores, or anything else that might make decision making easier for a family of 12 that isn't familiar with the area.

This home was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and spacious! We had 12 people in our group but easily had room for more. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with plenty of utensils, silverware and glasses - not just 18 of each as we had expected. There are even additional wine glasses. There are plenty of pots and pans - we had no issues and at one time had 6 people working in the kitchen at once. The only additional appliance we brought was a crockpot, but we could've done without that if we'd planned a different meal. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. Everyone in the group agreed they were the most comfortable beds we'd ever slept in and some of us are now planning to buy those same mattresses! The proximity to the beach is great. The walkway is not as long as the pictures make it look. I'd say about 100 yards from house to beach. The storage box on the walkway is very helpful and people have left behind small beach chairs and body boards as well as some sand toys, which were nice to have.
As I said, proximity to the beach is great, but if you want to be close to the main Myrtle Beach activities, it's a bit of a drive. It's within walking distance of one of the best rated restaurants in the area though - Gulfstream Cafe. Our group went for Sunday brunch and all thought it was delicious.
Beach Realty staff were very helpful from planning stage throughout our stay. A repairman came to replace something from the previous occupants' stay and he was very professional. Although we didn't need to be there when he came, we were notified ahead of time when he would be there.
Overall this was an excellent choice for our vacation. I can't imagine anything I would really need to change to make this property more comfortable!

We loved this home and the location. There were 16 of us gathered for a family reunion (10 adults, 6 children) and some from as far away as Colorado. The home is spacious, nicely appointed, comfortable furniture (esp. the beds), and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved the deck and the hot tub! We had a couple very minor issues which Beach Realty took care of promptly. Beach Realty is a great company with quick, efficient service. This was our first time to rent a home at the beach, but we will definitely be back.

we recently stayed at the pinnacle. great property, fantastic location. right on the beach. if you are looking for night life (bars / etc), this isnt the place.
but if you are looking for a beautiful property right on the beach in a relaxing setting than this is the place for you. walk to the beach from your back porch... the pool is a community pool (we found that out after booking. that was the only knock i would have on this property). it is not a heated pool... but the property itself has a great hot tub with amazing an amazing view!

This was out first time staying in South Carolina and it was very enjoyable. The house was wonderful in its décor and so very comfortable beds. Everyone would go to the beach and then try out the shared pool. The hot tub was relaxing so you slept even better in those comfy beds. The elevator made my mothers stay so much easier. So many things that I have not mentioned. Would love to stay again sometime. You will not be disappointed.

This was a great house for a group of 8 down for a golf weekend. The house is very well kept, has an enormous hot tub and has private access to the beach. If you plan on spending nights out at Broadway at the Beach its further than I had anticipated but the house itself I could not have asked for more.

The house had great ocean views, the master was very spacious, great TV's and soundbars provided not only in every room but also on the Oceanside deck, and in the game room on the garage level. Our family had great times at night after dinner playing bean bag toss or corn hole, and pool. Other games were also provided but those were our favorites. A few additional fans on the bean bag side would be nice addition in warmer months. ( game area is outside enclosed) The bedding was very comfy, and the hottub was NOT a cheap one with a few jets, it was a large size tub with many jets and mood lights. The owners have not taken short cuts on supplying this house. And beach realty was super friendly and helpful when we had to contact them.. I don't think any one could go wrong with this rental and I'd rent again.

Hot tub facing the ocean! A grassy common area that is both safe and secluded. An easily accessible pool with patio furniture and a good size. Virtually no traffic which made for great bike rides and walking. Walking distance (2 miles) from shopping and arcades. Open, bright and a game room down stairs with a pool table, video game, froze all, cornhole game and more. Excellent family time.

Our family stayed in this beach house several years ago for two years in a row. Papa T and Granny Belle (parents and grandparents) gave the beach trip to our entire family as part of their Christmas gift. The house became unavailable for a while and we always wanted to go back to our favorite beachhouse.(especially Granny Belle's). She passed away a couple of years ago and we were hesitant to stay here because of all the wonderful memories we had shared at this house.
The house has been redecorated and updated and I have to say that we all cherished the memories and made new memories with our newest granddaughter, Southern. This house is the whole package. Elevator, hot tub, pool, game room and beautiful decor make this house #1.

The home was immaculant with everything you need at your fingertips, the house is perfectly layed out & very convinent. It's easy living areas for the elderly or handicap were perfect for our group of 16, not to mention was perfect for the kiddos! We will definitely use Beach Reality again!!!

We travelled with three couples and 5 children. The rental until was perfect for our group, and would be for any large group looking for a relaxing week on the beach. Location within Myrtle Beach and beach itself were great (lots of beach toys and chairs available). Located 20 minutes outside Myrtle Beach, but this was not an issue at all. Quick Uber ride into Murrells Inlet for an adults night out. Unit was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had, was the hot tub was not clean upon arrival. Also, it would have been beneficial to have a quick walk through the house (or possibly more instructions), on how to work all the electronics/hot tub etc. We would definitely consider this property for another vacation in the future.
