Very clean and well maintained house....kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook for all 17 of our crew! Nice pool area and just a five minute walk to the beach. Would visit again!

High Cotton is a beautiful home. The location is the key though. Although it’s a short walk to the beach, the views of the inlet and looking across to the Marshwalk is fabulous. We cou,ld watch every boat, jet ski, etc. go in and out.

For the past 10 years High Cotton has been my home for a week in July. The view of Murrells Inlet is fabulous. I love watching all the boats go out as I eat my breakfast. A short walk to the beach or downstairs to the pool makes life easy. I’ve already booked for next year.

Our family of 14 stayed at High Cotton Aug 21-28, 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and met every one of our needs. The kids had a blast in the pool, fishing off the deck, and riding in the golf cart. The beach was a very short walk away and was quiet and incredibly beautiful. One of the best family vacations we’ve had and we’ll definitely be back to the area! Thank you for making our stay easy and stress-free! The Jacksons

My family of 4, two friends and their 3 children stayed here in June 2021. The house was beautiful!! The kids really enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock.
We loved being close to the beach. The golf cart was a great addition.
We didn’t cook meals but we did use the kitchen for snacks and take out, the kitchen was fully stocked.
Our only complaint was that the decks needed more outdoor furniture. There was no furniture on the bottom deck over the pool.

Our family of 11 had a great stay at High Cotton. Plenty of room and the floor plan helped reduce noise. You really couldn't hear others once in your bedroom, we loved that because we are a loud family! The kitchen had every pot and pan you could possibly need, that was fantastic! The oven was making a weird buzzing noise when running but we were able to ignore it. We wished there was more outdoor furniture on the decks. There are four decks but furniture are only on two of them.

Location was very nice, it was a quick walk to the beach and you didn't even need the golf cart. We rented bicycles but that was a waste of money. Not much of place for bike riding, if that is what your family enjoys.

House was very nice and roomy, 17 people and never felt crowded! Porches were great to sit in any time of day with great views! Very nice to have own pool and rented boat to take out on inlet. Golf cart was a great bonus! Very roomy kitchen and living area ! Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with High Cotton, particularly the cleanliness and the very well stocked kitchen. We have stayed at many other homes in the area over the years for our family vacation but this home had literally everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare full meals and even bake during our stay. By far the best so far. Further, the home was very clean and again that hasn't always been the case in other rentals. Well done to Beach Realty and your staff!
Our overall experience was wonderful but I do have to say that many members of the family were frustrated with the WIFI. It dropped a lot and even on the porch the service wasn't good. That would be my only suggestion for improvements.

Our extended family, four generations were here to celebrate our dads 90th birthday. The house was fabulous, every need was met. The owners have thought of everything. The location was wonderful, between the canal, inlet views and the beach it was a dream come true for anyone who loves the water. There was so much to do in the area. We enjoyed playing golf, brookgreen gardens and, of course, mini golf and the boardwalk area. We hope to plan another vacation back to High Cotton.

After firstly finding ourselves in an unliveable house, which we subsequently abandoned, Beach Reality came to the rescue with this stunning house-onThe-inlet. It was jaw dropping in every way! The house was spotless, welcoming, with kitchen amenities that would make a chef feel satisfied. To top it off, the owner called to ask if everything was okay!! Now that's house pride!

This is the 20th summer that our family has been traveling down to the Surfside Beach/Garden City Beach area for vacation. We found High Cotton to be a very comfortable and enjoyable home this year. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need to prepare meals for our large family. The deck overlooking the marsh got a lot of use, especially in the morning when the sun was on the other side of the house. It was delightful sitting out there watching the fishing boats heading out each day. The two kitchens/refrigerators came in very handy to store groceries for 16 people. The house is very well maintained and is decorated very nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Really lovely home - this was the second time we stayed here and it was just as good as the first. Spacious, modern and clean with great amenities; so nice to have a pool and a golf cart to take into town. Quick 3-minute walk to the beach!

We have a large group of young golfers that stay together at High Cotton for a week in mid-march.
Great place with excellent kitchen/dining area and a handy bunk room with 4 sleep spots.
Location is about 7 minutes from Atlantic Blvd on a peninsula, but this extra drive makes the location ideal and feels more safe and predictable.
