Our family has grown so much since we started the tradition of meeting at the beach with my family! We’ve outgrown a few houses now and really like Crenshaw Beach! The house is in the perfect location! Got a brand new stove this year which is a plus! Just wish it had an elevator for this old body! Love this house!

The house was wonderful! Had plenty of space for 19 people. Great location! The people that checked us in were very thoughtful and the rental company did everything they said they would do. One of the dryers had an issue but the maintenance people came right over and fixed it without any inconvenience. Before we left we booked it again for 2024. Great time!!

This was the best house our family has had in the 20 years we have rented at the beach. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to give everyone privacy. The location was perfect. A little disappointed that the hurricane closed a lot of the businesses on Atlantic Blvd. but the pier was fantastic. We would definitely come back in the future and would recommend the Crenshaw House to everyone!

Everyone had a wonderful time. We love this house. It is always so clean and had a fresh coat of paint smell. The steps looked like they were painted/stained this year. We have stayed at several komes in the Surfside Beach and Garden City area and Crenshaw is definitely the best. Staff is great to work with also Beach Realty!

This was our 1st beach house family vacation - 21 of us. The house was great. Plenty of room for us all, clean and comfortable. The pool and beach got a lot of use. No one wanted to leave. Would highly recommend.

Loved this house and its location. Being right there on the beach was a plus as we watched lots of people walking, running, swimming and surfing. The house was very clean and comfortable. It would have been so much nicer with an elevator. My only complaint is for the dining room chairs. They need felt on the bottom because they are very loud when pulled out from the table. It’s not a big enough reason though to stop me from booking for next year.

Crenshaw Beach was a fantastic home for our family vacation! The whole group, from great grandparent to toddlers, enjoyed everything the home had to offer. The private pool was a hit with the kids and parents alike. Beautiful home with some wear and tear as to be expected for an end of season rental. We would certainly book Crenshaw Beach again!

This home is every bit as nice as the pictures showed. The pool was an excellent space in the shade so you could get away from the ocean sun after swimming there. The porches have a lot of nice rockers, too. The non-ocean side faces a street with businesses and houses, but it wasn't busy in October when we came. The ocean front side has the advantage of being by the pier which makes the ocean extra pretty at night with its lights. We had one cleaning issue, one pool issue and one maintenance issue during the week and the management company had someone there within 2 hours each time to take care of things for us. So we felt the management company did a great job.

We love this house. It’s our second time here with 20 family members! The house is in great condition, plenty of seating in kitchen, living and outdoor areas. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans. With 11 children the access to the beach is perfect. The pool is a bit small for the number of guests. The area is great. You can walk to the pier, ice cream, arcade and souvenir store. The king size beds need bigger fitted sheets, kept popping off. We had a couple minor issues when we got there, light bulbs, slow sink drain and they were there same day to fix them. Very clean on arrival.

Everyone had a wonderful time. Crenshaw is just an awesome location. This was our second year at Crenshaw. The house was so clean and organized. Everything was first class! We will be booking in March for 2022. Staff was very friendly and professional (Jessica and Birdie).

Love this house especially the location! Sure could use an elevator for my old body. The dishwasher and oven have been well used but it got the job done. Love the 2 fridges! Everything else is beautifully decorated. Wish the pool was available during this week! Great place for a big crowd!

Four generations of family enjoyed almost everything about Crenshaw Beach. The location, a short walk to the fishing pier, stores, arcades, etc. is excellent unless you are seeking solitude (the neighborhood remains busy and a little noisy well into the evening). The house is exceptionally well suited for large groups, with a large and well-equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators; seating for 20 in the dining area; an adjacent gathering room with two sofas, two love seats and several chairs; lots of seating on the several porches, comfortable bedrooms with ensuite baths, etc., all of which were much more nicely finished than most rental properties. Every guest was favorably impressed with the house, its cleanliness and its location.

We were very impressed with the quality of the house furnishings. The location was interesting for the variety of ages in our party. The beach was great including a life guard right outside our door. My only problem was the number of stairs I had to climb daily. And the numerous fire works that were set off nightly right next door. But, I would recommend this property for most families.

We enjoyed the Crenshaw Beach rental home. We had 19 family members there for the Thanksgiving week & enjoyed the week and all of the amenities the house offered. Great house which accommodated 9 of us for a week. Upper and lower floor laundry units which is very convenient for the guys that roomed in the upper bedrooms. Great views of the pier as well. I’ve booked 3 different homes with Beach Realty and they are an awesome rental group to work with.

This was the best family vacation we have ever had! The property was immaculate! The description on the website was accurate and the floor plan layout was extremely helpful in making our decision to choose this property. Our only complaint is that the photos do not do this property justice! It is nicer than the photos show! The property was very clean. We met the owner on check-in day as he and his wife were at the property delivering a new toaster and making some minor repairs noted by prior guests. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking for an exceptional house in a great location.

We had a great vacation! The house was beautiful and just the right size. Loved the private pool though it looked bigger in the pictures, loved having the kids pool. Each room having own bathroom a definite plus!
Everything was clean. Enough towels provided. Kitchen had good variety of pots, pans, silverware etc.
the staff when we arrived was very professional and helpful. We had a problem with the pool and they came right away.
The house needs a little handyman attention. Some of the doors had loose doorknobs. Three chairs on patio were broken. It was great having a TV in every room but unfortunately not all worked, remotes missing.
The location was great for us, easy to walk most places, stores nearby!
Overall a great week and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful week stay at Crenshaw Beach. The house is beautiful and well equipped and had more than enough room for all of us. With beautiful views of the ocean, super fun evenings at the pier, and warm ocean waters...we had no problem keeping busy and relaxed. Make sure you make a stop at Sammy's Corner for some great food!

WE had great weather and Crenshaw Beach provided to be the ideal rental for our 28 people (8 families). We paid for linen service and two of our beds were not prepared properly. Once the staff was notified, the situation was corrected. The location was perfect for walking to lunches and walking the beach.

Well, we had 23 in our party. We had plenty of room. The house was full of all the amenities you could need. The house was extremely nice and the unkeep was beautiful. You can tell the home owner cares about this property. Being this close to the pier was terrific because you didn't even have to leave your deck to hear the music. The staff at Beach Realty are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to next August. Only down fall, no direct access to the beach...lots of stairs.

We had about 20 people coming in from Pennsylvania for the Pee Dee Street Rodders car show, however several people cancelled due to the coronavirus. Of the people that did come prior to the cancellation of the car show, we just had a fantastic vacation. We spent time on the beach, played cornhole, took turns cooking food that was out of the ordinary, etc. This house was just super class home. Everything was top of the line as far as structure (inside and outside), appliances, furniture, beds, bathrooms, etc. I commend the owner for such a beautiful house. In addition, Beach Reality and Desiree McLean in particular, did an outstanding job to make our check in, stay and check out so easy and positive. Great job Desiree!!

We had a fantastic time. Crenshaw Beach was the perfect house for 16 adults. Having king or queen beds in all but one bedroom was what we needed plus each bedroom having its own bath was a big positive. The kitchen and living area were large enough for all 16 adults. Two refrigerators was helpful. Also, Beach Realty was easy to work with. We would recommend a new grill for the property.

Very nice house. A few issues that the owner need to take care of are: ice maker needed in the house - as refrigs did not produce ice for a house of that magnitude; better coffee pots needed - the filter doors pop open during brewing; steak knives needed; elevator needed - as there are 3 floors; update dvd to bluray; alarm clocks needed in every bedroom; better dishwasher needed, as the one there did not clean dishes - had to re-wash dishes daily.

The pictures on this house do not give it justice. It is VERY roomy and very nice. The house was clean and plenty of bathrooms. We had 23 staying in house and we had ample space. The location was a little too busy for us but the house made up for it! Will probably stay again!

The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room and amenities. It was clean and everything was in great condition. Also, plenty of deck space if you enjoy sitting outside on the ocean side. The only drawback (if it is a drawback for you) is that the location is in a more commercial section and there is a bit more noise and congestion than we are used to. However, if you like that, it would be perfect.

Such a wonderful vacation with extended family and friends! This large home has all the amenities we need (oceanfront, private pool, private baths) and is also beautifully furnished and well-maintained. Easy walk to the pier, arcade, etc for nightly outings with the kids. Beach Realty and the homeowner are great to work with! This was our 2nd year at Crenshaw Beach and are already planning our 3rd!

Our vacation was a family gathering spanning three generations. This property was very well maintained and nicely appointed. Crenshaw's ocean side and street side porches saw frequent use as did the pool and beach area. The property location, within easy walking distance to the pier and "downtown" area, offered numerous activities for all ages. The only problem that we encountered was choosing from the many dining options in the immediate area. So many very good restaurants, so little time.

OMG - This house was FABULOUS!!! My extended, multi-generational family rented during Thanksgiving week 2013 and absolutely enjoyed our time there. House is much bigger than it looks online, and comfortably accommodated our 23 family members. Location is great and less than a mile from major retail and 15-20 minute drive from major Myrtle Beach activities. We plan to return next year!

We had a great time visiting the beach in this house. It was the perfect size for our group. Closets are all pretty large, rooms are spacious, lots of seating areas, etc. The only thing I would suggest is a better stocked kitchen - we were always running out of basics like measuring cups and spoons, spatulas, serving spoons, etc. If there is any specific you need to cook that special meal, I would recommend bringing it. Also, there was a bar height table and chairs on the main level deck overlooking the beach, which we found to be a little dangerous for the children. So we moved it inside for the week, so that no one climbed onto it (which would be higher than the balcony railing). But these things were minor. We have been coming to Garden City for a while now, and this was probably the cleanest house we have ever had. The realty company was great too.

Entire family had a great time at this amazing house. The heated pool was so welcome as the weather was not the best. It was within walking distance to everything and we love the pier and Sam's.LOTS of room for everyone, well equipped kitchen( 2 refrigerators, so convenient), quality décor and comfortable beds. We loved all the space, the incredible views from all three levels, the double refrigerators, the heavy duty outdoor furniture (especially the rocking chairs), the proximity to Garden City Pier and the nice warm pool. As a matter of fact, we loved pretty much everything to do with this home. In addition, the rental company - Beach Realty - was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

This was the nicest place we've ever stayed. The house itself is beautiful - every room is decorated nicely, it feels fresh and new and beachy! The rooms are all very large and there was plenty of space for our group (8 adult and 10 kids ages 2-18). The location (being right on the beach) is amazing - we worked with a beach chair and umbrella company down there to set up 2 umbrellas and 8 chairs daily for us, which was lovely. The beach was never too crowded. The house is in easy walking distance to restaurants, ice cream places and attractions. The ONLY drawback is that the bedrooms on the street side of the house were VERY loud at night until about 11:30pm - it's right on the main drag so cars, trucks, motorcycles and music was LOUD. Put your light sleepers and early to bed crowd on the beach side of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crenshaw Beach house, especially the kids. We had three generations of family represented and I think everyone was impressed with the spaciousness of the house and the décor. We could have used an elevator getting the luggage in and out. The men loved that the pier was so close. We made some great family meals, but found a few utensils missing such as the beaters for the mixer and no pot holders. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the weather was great except for one day. Hope we will be able to return. Thanks so much.

From making the reservation to check out we had a great experience. Team answered all questions and believe me I had alot! House was very clean and in outstanding condition! Owners take alot of pride and it is evidenced in everything down to the smallest detail. (They even clean the ashes out of the grill) We had a variety of ages and we all had a grand time.
