We have been vacationing in the Garden City and Muriel’s Inlet area for the past several year. We have a group of 13 friends and this place checked off off of our boxes and was a great place to stay. The unit was super clean and the few issues that did pop up were handled quickly by the maintenance staff.

It would be nice if they could get more reliable internet since all of the televisions run on streaming.

The pool was great as was the access to the beach. Check in and check out went smoothly. The location i# very convenient to restaurant’s, groceries, and not far from Myrtle Beach for entertainment.

We had an absolute blast on the whole trip but the house is amazing. The pool, hot tub & game room are game changers. The staff at Beach Realty are great folks and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend both Beach Realty & Ms. Independence for your stay. Especially if you are a total family of adults. Not a bunch of tiny bunk beds. We had one small issue with the hot tub but the guy came immediately and fixed it. Great vacation. Getting ready to make plans for same house and same time next year.

Family vacation with 29 individuals, ages 4 to 73, meeting from Missouri, Indiana, and Tennessee. What a great set-up! Everyone was so happy with the pools, the beach walkover, the game room, the theater room, and the amazing bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and dinners prepared daily. Washers and dryers throughout house. Two BIG refrigerators plus two ice makers. Deck furniture was great, pool furniture comfortable, just obvious to us all that a lot of thought went into the place. Elevator was vital for one guest requiring a knee walker, plus huge help when delivering groceries, etc. Every contact with the rental office was good. Half of us attended a MB Pelicans game and it was a great outing for adults and kids. Also ordered catering from Mr Fish -OMG! Cannot recommend them enough. Shrimp boil and shrimp grits were both absolutely delicious. Great packaging for the trip from restaurant to Ms Independence. .

We had a group of 14 Could not have been better The internet is sketchy but seriously, put your phones down and relax This is the perfect place to do just that All the decks are absolutely amazing and the seating is plentiful Thanks for another great vacation

This house is absolutely gorgeous ! Pictures don’t do it justice . I have been renting in Garden City Beach for over 10 years and this house was one of my favorites ! 7 King bedrooms was perfect accommodations for our guests. (No fighting over who gets the king size room ) only suggestion the rooms r so large maybe u can fit a pull out couch in some rooms for the couples that have young children and not quite at the age to sleep alone in bunk bedrooms. The movie theatre room was great ! We set up an Xbox in there so the kids had something to do at night .
The pool was amazing ! Love the hot tub ! Only suggestion for the outdoor area would be to add a sound system to play music . Overall love the house love the beach love the area ! Can’t wait for next year !
