The house is in a wonderful location and gives us plenty of space for everyone. We love it there. We did have a couple of issues this past August, but almost all of them were resolved by Beach Realty while we were there.

We loved the Sand Castle. The staff at Beach Realty was awesome. The Sand Castle- Needs a trashcan in the common area on the third floor, needs an electric can opener- one they have is broken. A few extra blankets would be nice in case you use the pull out sofa.

First-time beach house renter and was not disappointed. Sand Castle was just as described/pictured. Loved the location: beach not crowded, very relaxed setting as the road is all beach houses. Great eateries nearby. Short distance from Hwy 17 to get you to other activities/stores/shops (Murrell's Inlet or Myrtle Beach). 4PM check-in was easy (gave name, name of property, and was handed the welcome packet), but we could not enter the house until 30 minutes later as the cleaners were not finished. There is an elevator, but it is a little tricky. Gas grills w/ tanks on premise for those that like to grill. The uppermost floor would benefit from having a small refrigerator. Overall, a fantastic week in a spacious, beautiful home. Great property that I would recommend to anyone. And one that we would choose to stay at again.

Our beach crew has been vacationing together for 20 years! We have rented many homes in the area. This was our first year renting Sandcastle! Let me just say, it didn’t not disappoint! The layout was perfect for our crew! It has the BEST pool and outdoor area of any we have stayed in! We love this house and have reserved for next year! Beach Realty always does a fabulous job and are so accommodating! Wouldn’t rent from anyone else!!

great stay as always. only two complaints...there really needs to be a light on the outside staircase from the back deck down to the pool. A friend fell and hurt his elbow. Could have been far worse. Elevetor made a loud thudding noise at each floor.

The house is spacious and the layout is very nice. There were some appliances that need attention. Both dishwashers have lower rack rollers missing making it difficult to roll out the rack when full. The kitchen was adequately stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is the 11th year we have had our fall golf outing in the Inlet area, and renting from Beach Realty has always been a great experience. I have rented 7 different huses from them, and our latest, Sand Castle, was just as good as the rest. 20 guys in one house made nothing but good times, good eats and good golf. This place has everything you need and more.
The only thing I can say that would be a bonus, is if Beach Realty offered golf packages along with all their rentals. Its def cheaper to rent one of their wonderful houses and get a package than a package with a hotel stay.....

The most relaxing vacation!

I love the location, beaches were not busy like they can get closer to Myrtle Beach.
The view from the house was amazing, we saw dolphins every day!
We went in mid-August and saw baby sea turtles hatch right out in front of the house! What a once in a life time opportunity to witness them make there journey to the sea.
The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was warm.
Management was always friendly and helpful. When we first got there we notices a small nest of hornets. We called management about it and they sent someone out right away and took care of it.
We plan to come back soon!

The house was beautiful - the hot tub was not working, the tvs had no directions and the master bedroom the volume on the tv does not work properly. The pool was amazing. house was amazing - prior guests did not pull their trash out to the road. Would also like to say that Desiree is an exceptional employee!

This house was terrific. It provided almost everything we needed with the exception of towel bars and closet hangers. We had 32 folks staying in the house and no one ever felt crowded or smothered. I think all 32 of us would highly recommend staying there.

my friends and I stayed at Sand Castle for the second straight year, and we already want to come back! Luxurious accommodations, beautiful great rooms, spacious bedrooms, wonderful deck and beach access, nothing at all to complain about. The only suggestion I would make would be to make the great room TV remote more user-friendly.

This is our 2nd year in this house, and we just love it. Tons of room to spread out and have space, while also having plenty of seating all together to hang out. The pool is huge and beautiful. Considering the amount of money we paid to stay, it was a bit insulting that we had to strip our beds of linens and pile them for ease of cleaning crew. Also a budget truck came the morning of check out to our house at 9am delivering fresh towels for next family. This again was a bit insulting, we have until 10am to check out and new towel or linen drop off should have been done after 10 am.
We have rented homes and chalets many times in the past throughout the United States and we have never been asked to strip our beds or run into a cleaning crew member before we checked out.

With that being said our family did have a good time, we made many wonderful memories and the house was clean, spacious and beautiful.

This is the third year we have rented Sand Castle.We love the the location and the fact that it has 10 bedrooms. The furnishings are starting to look a little tired because it has been a rental for three years. We look forward to it being all spruced up by summer 2018. Great house.

I was told that I would have my breath taken away when I walked into this house and that is exactly what happened! From the very beginning with working with Desiree to reserve this house, to walking in the front door, our experience was fantastic. The location is perfect. The kitchen is awesome. The house was spacious enough for all 32 of us. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our large group. There were a couple small problems but after a call to Beach Realty Rentals things were fixed quickly. I would definitely come back to this area and book with Desiree.

Overall we were extremely satisfied with the Sandcastle. It was a beautiful house and a perfect venue for our daughter's beach wedding. There were a couple of issues that we did not address as they were minor. The most significant was the 2nd floor stairway and laundry room lights did not work. All of our guests were impressed with the size of the house as well as the care taken to detail of construction and furnishing as were we. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for luxury accommodations. The staff at Beach Rentals was excellent!! They were helpful from the first time we viewed the house all the way through check-out. They even helped out with our trash disposal! Our stay was perfect.

This was our third straight year in this house, and we love it. It is so spacious, and we all have room to spread out. Our 5 children and 11 grandchildren are spread out all over the country: LA, Brooklyn, Baltimore, Chicago and Cleveland. We gather together every other year and Myrtle Beach has been the best. Not only the house was terrific but the proximity to groceries, restaurants, drug stores and the most important, the airport will be bringing us back.

This house truly fit it's "Castle" name. It was so well equipped, especially the kitchen. We had a large family gathering and we did not feel cramped or in each other's space. Loved, loved the straight boardwalk access from the 1st level deck; we spent more hours on the deck than anywhere. The climate settings worked fabulously. The two gigantic frigs were awesome. Pool and hot tub were well appreciated. The capacity that is stated in the details of the house was spot-on; everyone had a bed. Would book this house again in a minute if it had 14-16 bedrooms--inviting more family next year! Best house we've ever rented.

we love Sand Castle. Everything was great, except for the remotes to the TVs, which could not show a guide. We had to go from channel to channel, and the main TV did not allow TBS, which had a lot of the sports we wanted to watch. Two of the three coffee makers were broken, and a venetian blind in the 4th floor right side BR was broken. Otherwise, we love it!!!!

12 of us stayed at the Sand Castle for a week in early November for our annual Myrtle Beach golf trip and couldn't have had a better time. The house is fully equipped with coffee makers, utensils, 2 washer/dryers, and beast of all a great view of the ocean. The hot tub was used every day by some of the guys after getting back from our round of golf.
This is our 5th year of booking thru Beach Realty and the girls in the office do a great job. Looking forward to our 2019 trip.

Our weekend was amazing! The house was wonderful, it was everything that the listing said it was and more. The bedrooms are roomy and bright. The kitchen was great, enough room for several of us to help prepare meals. Having the kitchen, dining room and living room all one large, very spacious area was great! This allowed our whole family to be together but with enough space to be comfortable. The house was clean but dusty. It needed a good dusting, especially the stairs. The weather and beach was amazing. We found beautiful shells every day. The customer service that we received from Beach Realty Rentals was outstanding, everyone was friendly, polite and professional. Chelsea and several people other people helped with my many questions and concerns. Kudos for your company finding such strong customer service minded associates. We hope to see you next year!

Our group of 22 adults and 9 children had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. Being a rental property right on the beach, the home must turn over constantly. It is starting to show a little wear and particular, the mattresses probably need to be changed out and the inventory of pots, pans and the miscellaneous kitchen utensils should be resupplied. Even though the house was quite expensive to rent, we still felt we received a good value

It was a fantastic place to stay for our group of 27 people in this 10 bedroom home! We come to MB each year, last year we were booted out of another home after 2 days because of Hurricane Florence. Nice home and well equipped. The only strange thing was the bathrooms did not include towel racks. Some of the previous guests left plastic hooks over the door but we thought a beautiful home with lots of people should include towel racks for bath towels.

fifth straight year at Sand Castle, tacked on family reunion first part of week. Great great place, we love it! Glad to hear there are plans to upgrade great room furniture. Only other comment would be to install towel racks in bathrooms. we will return!

We had an awesome time in this home. It is by far the best rental home we have ever had. The rooms were so spacious and beautiful. The pool was huge. We have already booked again for next year.

We had a delightful week living in Sand Castle!! Such a beautiful house!! There were 19 of us and so wonderful to not be crowded. Beach Realty Staff were great to work with and promptly fixed a couple things for us when called!
