A relaxing week staying at Gulfstream Breeze was again so enjoyed. This house has never disappointed. It is well-appointed, clean, a perfect location, with a pool and outdoor oceanfront areas beyond par. We had a glitch with the pool heater which was eventually resolved and we promptly received a refund for the days we missed out. Booked for next year.

This was our 3rd year in a row in this rental, once you stay once there's NO reason to look elsewhere, it has it all. Start with the views of the ocean, the rental makes you feel like you're at home, all the bedrooms are fabulous, huge kitchen with ocean views, huge pool/hot tub on the beach with full sun (not under the house), tons of room for everybody (never feel crowded). So at the end of every stay, it's a "**** Yes" for next year!!!

This home is our favorite beach vacation! We had 22 people this year from 3 months to 76 and it was perfect. Kitchen was the main area inside and we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic, kids lived there. Location was great, close to many fun restaurants. We have made many wonderful memories ��

Great week. Weather was better than forecast. House was magnificent. Great pool and outdoor kitchen area. Our entire family spent a lot of quality time at the pool and around the outdoor cooking area and bar. Great deck with plenty of chairs. Spent every evening on the deck with kids and adults together sharing laughs. Great location across the street from Gulf Stream restaurant and the boat harbor. House was very clean when we arrived. We got the linen package and the sheets were placed on the beds by the cleaning staff. This is a wonderful extra for an 8 bedroom house to not have to deal with making beds late on the day of arrival.

We knew it was going to be beautiful but the pictures on line did not do it Justice. It was much more than what we expected. It was so clean we did not want to touch anything. Beautiful decorations so many more amenities that we did not expect. Very spacious everything worked , so well supplied I felt like we were in two houses. We were greeted by the sweetest lady who takes care of the place and makes sure everything is perfect. The office staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We have stayed in this area before so we were familiar with most of the activities and eating places. Our favorite place to eat was directly in front of us Gulf Stream Cafe. It never disappoints. Sarah J ‘s is great for take out service. I would highly recommend this place. Hop we will be Lucky to use it again

This was out 4th time staying in this house. We all loved it and felt like there had been several upgrades - this house was meticulous clean and very well equipped with anything you’d need. The only issue was it took 14 people to figure out how to work the oven (and we still struggled every time we used it) !!!

Love Gulf Stream Breeze, was there 3rd year in a row in September. Clean, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Maintenance dept very attentive. Beach Realty Co great to work with. Only issue is we had a fox, yes a live fox! In our pool and outdoor kitchen and hot tub area, mostly in evening, no evening outdoors activities for us! We reported it to beach Realty, they said this has been the new normal in that beach area. The fox would sit and stare at us, very unnerving!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We had 20 people ranging in ages from 1 year old to 84 years old, and this house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We cooked several times, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved having 2 full size refrigerators and small refrigerators on every level. The house was very clean, in a great location and working with Beach Realty was great. We are already looking forward to next year.

We do an extended family trip to Garden City every other year with 30+ people. We have had really bad experiences in the past with dirty homes, outdated furnishings, ignored maintenance requests, terrible customer service, etc.

Without a doubt, Gulfstream Breeze was the best house we have rented. It was very clean and everything worked-no maintenance calls needed. We now have a very positive opinion of Beach Realty again!

The elevator was broken when we got there and we needed it. Fortunately the own sent a non waranty person to fix it and he did. Also Beach Realty sent a guy to help carry in the luggage. Fortunately the elevator was quickly repaired and we didn't need the help but the thought was nice. Rest of our stay was Great with only a few minor problems which were fixed.s

Our group of friends stayed at Gulf Stream Breeze late Fall 2022
after Hurricane Ian. The house, pool, and grounds were in great shape. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Being oceanfront is such a pleasure! We loved our morning walks. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The outdoor kitchen was appreciated and enjoyed. I would suggest replacing the outdoor grill. It worked, but not well. Otherwise, Gulf Steam Breeze is our favorite Fall getaway!

this was our 2nd year at GSB and again had a perfect week weather wise. Home was in good shape after the hurricane a month earlier. The TV would not give us Netflix nor Prime which was a bummer for movie watching. a couple of minor repairs need to be completed. Ice maker was broken even after 2 repair people came by. The router broke down mid-week but got repaired quickly.

Beautiful house and great location. We had a small wedding at this home and my husband and I and all our guest were very impressed with the house and its amenities. No compliants... except the bbq grill is in need of repair which the reality company was in process of replacing/repairing. Given the many amenities at this home this a small issue.

This was our sixth year of vacationing with our family and all 19 said this was the best yet! The home was unbelievable, location was great, we had pretty good weather except Irma was on its way so a few left early but the rest stayed and had no problems. We had 19 from ages 2-87 and there was so much room to spread out so if you wanted to be alone you could. I totally loved the location with ocean on one side and the marinea right across the street. It was so relaxing and to see the sunrise and sunset from the home was great. The home was so clean and upkept and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect with the little ones and big ones loved the hot tub. Having the kitchen was great. We are coming again next year! Thank you for everything!!! Beth Oh the property management was great, when I arrived and got the keys she made me so excited that I was there, a great start of my vacation.

This was our second year vacationing here and we have rented it for next year! We had 18 this year, ages from 5 - 87, and we all love your home. We find the house very clean and have everything we need. We love the location, the rooms, the pool, we just everything about it! When we arrived this year the elevator wasn’t working but a friendly guy was there fixing it and he did get it working and glad because we have a couple people who really needed it. The air on the third floor stopped working Friday evening and we called and within an hour someone was working on it and did fix it. This year we celebrated my brother and his wife their 50th wedding anniversary and my husband’s 60th birthday. Twice our water went out but wasn’t long (thank goodness) but it was one of our memories. Also we had a visitor from the beach who didn’t know where he was and walked up our walkway and took a dip in our pool. We confronted him and quickly got out and left. These are our “special highlights” of our vacations. We are having some of our wonderful times with our families from Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania and South Carolina and plan on having many more. So on the whole we love ❤️ everything about the home.

We had a great time watching football, eating and enjoying the beach. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of room. The large TV made watching the games feel like we were right there. With the cold weather the hot tub was just what we needed.

House owners keep this property updated and very attractive. Has an elevator, but sometimes it wasn’t working. Beach Realty sent their repair man but he had to call elevator company, that never showed during our visit. Also one section of bridged walkway to beach was dropping due to improper construction. Repairman temporarily repair this section, but permanent repair not done during our stay. Beach Realty was prompt with their responses and booking agents are very helpful.

Party of 15 that quickly expanded to 22 for Thanksgiving had a great time at this rental property. House was very clean, well furnished, fairly well stocked kitchen and so much room for all the kids to play. The pool was the hit of the week for all the kids [hot for the adults!]. Weather was cool but didn't stop them! Beach Realty was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. We are already planning our next trip o Murrells Inlet. Would highly recommend this home

Eight senior couples came to an antique car show. This house met all of our expectations, furnishing all and more then we could have asked for. The elevator made it especially nice for several in our group. Already ready to book this house again for next year.

This is a wonderful home for a family get together. The pool is awesome for adults and small children and the views of the ocean and Murrells Inlet are amazing.

The house is lovely, attention to detail in construction and decoration. The pool is perfect for little ones with a large area to play. Love the direct access to beach. We enjoyed the large outdoor grill too.

My only small challenges, the elevator needed a quick service call. The refrigerators were small for 22 people. The beautiful porches did not have comfortable or adequate furniture.

Return trip to this house with a party of 18 senior adults. This year instead of women running around and shopping, we stayed around and just enjoyed the house. This house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Kitchen fully stocked and we especially love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We’ve stayed here 2 years and hopefully will return next year.

Our party of 16 really enjoyed our time. The pictures do not do the house justice. Everything was perfect . Had a couple of exteremely small issues which were handles by management immediately and i mean immediately within the hour . Would recommend this house absolutely.The only small complaint we would have is the outdoor furniture was not very comfortable but thats it everything else was top notch.

This was a GREAT property... if we could give the owners any ideas or suggestions, they would be:
1. Make hot tub so that you can program it to be hot by a certain time so when you get home you do not have to wait for it to warm up. You have to turn it on and it shuts off after 60 minutes.
2. We could never figure out how to get TV surround sound to work - all the controls and directions are too complicated. Needs to be simplified. But we enjoyed the huge tv and got regular sound just fine.
3. Wish there was a rocking chair in the house for rocking babies to sleep somewhere... even a porch rocker would have been fine.
4. The front 1/2 of the lights under the carport did not work... making it dark as you entered. We forgot to tell anyone since office was not open at night when we came home in the dark. I'm sure they would have come out and taken care of it, if we had remembered in the morning to call.
Just our thoughts. RENT THIS HOUSE! YOU'LL LOVE IT!

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Loved the outdoor kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at the Gulf Stream Breeze. House is beautiful with so much to offer. September weather can be iffy, but it was gorgeous. Everything you need is at the house. Beach, pool, outdoor kitchen and so much more to enjoy. Only suggestion would be to have more seating in the room with the big screen tv. Hopefully we can come back again.

House was fabulous but need full length mirrors in bedrooms and kitchen, although beautiful, could have been better equipped. Ice maker/water dispenser on main fridge broke half way through stay. Also, there were no instruction manuals for the stereo, tvs, or kitchen appliances. Made it kind of a challenge to get them working. Overall gorgeous house and we would definitely stay again.

From beginning to end, we were pleased with the professionalism and service provided by Deseree and the entire staff at Beach Realty. The house was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. My only complaint is even though we paid for the pool to be heated, it did not consistently work. We had to call numerous times to get someone to fix it. Other than that, our stay was amazing!

Gulf Stram Breeze provided our family from 6 different states an opportunity to celebrate the life of our son who passed away in May.The home was spacious and afforded us all the opportunity to reconnect as a family.
The beautiful pool and hot tub was a God send even though the weather did not cooperate. It was worth every penny we spent to heat it. A wonderful Thanksgiving was had by all.

Our stay at Gulf Stream Breeze couldn't have gone much smoother. Check in was quick and easy, even though we arrived a little before 4pm. The house was clean and cool upon arrival. The equipment we ordered was only partially there but one call and the rest was delivered by the end of the 1st day. There was plenty of room for all 21 of us. The beach was clean and there was even a sea turtle nest at the end of the walkway from the house!
We had no problem sleeping and feeding our group of 21 and the large dining tables made family games super enjoyable.
A few things to change would be the linen package came with 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth per person. A hand towel would be a welcome addition. The kitchen also didn't come with any dish towels or dish rags, I was really glad I threw in a couple when I was packing just in case. Also several of the rooms had burnt out light bulbs over the vanities in the bathroom. Getting ready during the day was no problem with all the natural light but night time was trickier.
The only 2 cleaning complaints I have was the margarita machine in the bar has a piece on the back that is for overflow of ice, etc. It had not been emptied or cleaned and had mold in the water. We took the whole thing apart and cleaned it out and used the other blender instead.
Also the air filters were very dusty.
These were all minor issues and did not put a damper on any part of our stay.
I would definitely reccommend staying at Gulf Stream Breeze!

This property was perfect for four generations of our family. There was plenty of space for togetherness and privacy. We so enjoyed all of the amenities from the pool, hot tub, and games, to the wonderful porches, kitchen, and dining areas. Thank you so much for such a wonderful beach house where my husband and I created gorgeous memories. We married right on the beach in front of the house on May 4th and had our bridal party stay the rest of the week with us. The rooms were absolutely phenominal! Each one of us couldn't get enough of all the cool amenities such as the pool, TV, Pacman arcade, foosball, and pool table. It was awesome to have our own bathroom and giant tub to relax in at the end of the night. This house was just everything.

Upon arrival the house was magnificent. It was decorated as if the owners lived there and not a rental property. There were 14 of us and plenty of room to roam and great gathering spaces. (Not enough room to all watch the games on the big TV in the Family Room). The bar was a bonus, the outdoor kitchen was a nice place to mix drinks. (The grill was either high or off, no adjustments) but we managed. Took a while to figure out the TV System, but could never figure out the speakers that were all through the house and outside. Plenty of room around the pool. The bedrooms were wonderful and all the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, loved the Margarita Machine in the bar. The pool was the best we had ever had, this is our 8th year staying along South Waccamaw in various houses. The description was exactly as it was stated. We loved walking right across the street to Gulf Stream Café and at there a couple of times and had drinks at the Marina.

This house is so amazing! Our guests enjoyed the entire week and there was plenty of space so that we could have lots of together time and some alone time! The backyard is set up beautiful enough for a wedding!! We originally wanted to have the wedding on the pier but changed our plans once we saw the arch in the backyard!! I would very highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet and peaceful place to get away from the real world!!

We had a terrific after Christmas stay in Gulf Stream Breeze. The house was very spacious on every floor. The kichen is well equipped for preparing meals for a large group. Being on ocean front was enjoyed. The area provides nice options for dinning. The hot tub was a hit with all. This house is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect for large families.

We enjoyed our stay greatly! Our group has been coming since we got out of collage this same week every year for 24 years, we had our babies, now they are grown and 1 is in collage. This by far has been the best and we have stayed in many. The home basically had a master bedroom for all 5 adult couple. Now we don't have to flip every year to see who gets the master. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next year!
The only complaint we had was the pool was too warm. Hot days you like a cool pool to jump into.

The rental management team does a super job. My entire family has stayed at Gulf Stream Breeze for the past two years and I have already booked to stay next year. The house is perfect and has everything you could want and need.Two to three times per week we just walk across the street to have dinner. My family does not want to stay any where else .The house and grounds are always beautiful and clean

The week started with a beautiful beach wedding with reception in the back yard. It was absolutely gorgeous! More then enough room for dinner tables and serving tables. Then our family and friends spent the week with us at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and they could have their alone time or time together. The outside bar/grill was great, the pool was so warm and worth it! The house was amazing and we will def be back. I couldn't say enough about the house and the beach realty staff. They answered every question of mine and were prompt with any request. Thank you so much for everything!

Great oceanfront home, great location across from Marina. Nicest rear yard and pool area we have stayed at. One problem with roof leak (think a/c related) and they were working on it.

This house is everything our group could have wanted and then some. We had 8 couples and there was plenty of room for us all. The furnishings and appliances were first class.
The outdoor kitchen and fridge were fantastic as we spent a lot of time by the pool relaxing.
There were a couple small kinks with the house including the elevator not working but the home owner and Beach Realty worked hard to satisfy us.
Do not miss an opportunity to stay here, it is worth every penny and then some

It was fantastic. The house and its amenities were excellent. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. The inside of the home was spacious with enough bedrooms to fit our large group. The huge big screen TV in the living room was a hit especially with NCAA tournament games taking place. A second oven would have helped but we made it work. Definitely a place we would rent again.

what a wonderful beach house, our family vacation was great and renting this beautiful/clean/and well designed beach house made the experience even better, we had a issue with the heater to the hot tub - but we called and they came out right away and fixed the the heater, great customer service and friend staff. The Restaurant that was located right across the street was excellent - great food and service. We rented a surfboard and padded boards - had a great time with those in ocean. Overall Amazing trip and we will be looking at coming back and renting again from Beach Realty Rental

What a great house! We had 21 family members ranging in age from 5 to 69 and this house accommodated us all very nicely. We had one minor issue with some lighting but Beach Realty maintenance was right there to fix it. This house is clean, nicely furnished and equipped and I highly recommend it.
