The house was ready early so that was a big bonus. The house was very clean. The weather was great and we had a blast. Lots of beach and pool time. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone.

We had a wonderful time this year at the Crenson Beach home! It accommodated all of our wishes and needs and made this vacay comfortable and fun! It was beautiful, clean and convenient! Look forward to many more vacations there and with Beach Realty!

Great relaxing vacation area was great never left. But to get dinner at Murrells inlet and bring back to eat due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Probally could have ate at restaurant but still a little scared of virus. All we needed was there just brought food and drinks. Pool was great! View of ocean was nice. Beach across street easy walk. There was only 2 of us. But if you had 2 more couples and 4 children it would be more than enough room. I would recommend this property. We plan on getting it again with people we normally travel with.

After staying beachfront for 30 years, I was hesitant to move across the road but actually did not mind it at all! The home had everything we needed - just wish the description would have mentioned a Keurig as we bought one to bring along. Had some rain which was disappointing but would like to stay again next year! Conveniently located. A nice walk to the Garden City Pier.

The large open area (kitchen/living/dining) was great. We watched fireworks from the spacious front deck. The pool was nice and clean, baby pool was nice for the kids.

Crossing the street was an easy commute to the beach. The pier was a couple blocks away. Perfect location. Would stay again.

We have been to Myrtle Beach many times and this rental was by far the best we have stayed in. The home was beautiful, looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Loved that there was public access to the ocean right across the street. Also loved the pool which we used a lot.

We walked down to the pier a few times which had great ice cream and listened to the band one night which was fun. There is a small convenience store, some other shops, and an arcade in walking distance also.

While we had only adults on this trip this rental would be perfect for a families with children also.

This 4 bedroom house was perfect for our family ( my two sons, their wives, four grandchildren, my wife and my self) We were just across the street from beach access and just a very short drive to many great places to eat.

This was a great home! close to pier, beach. This home is great for a family. The only recommendation I would have is that they need beach items, chairs, toys, coolers which other homes i have rented thru Beach Realty had but this home didn't.
