We had a great time in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. The three half baths are such a nice bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with a large pantry area. The pool area is amazing! We 100% would stay again.

Our family of 27 had a great stay at Simply Heaven.

This was our first stay in the Garden City area after staying in North Myrtle Beach for years and we are so happy we made the switch. The location is perfect, quick drive to the Marsh Walk and all its wonderful dining options (Hot Fish Club is our favorite).

House is absolutely beautiful, the views are spectacular and we had more than enough room for our party of 16. The outdoor area was great, plenty of seating available for everyone. We had no kids in our party but we absolutely loved the kiddie pool, it stays nice and warm and you can sit in with your legs stretched out.While the choice to have all recliners in the living room initially seemed like an unconventional decorating choice, everyone loved them and they were VERY comfortable!

I subtracted one star for the following reasons: We had issues with the “hot tub" for the entire two weeks. There were no instructions but there were only two operation options (Spa and Blower). We believed the Spa button would heat the water and blower would create the bubbles, right? Wrong, the spa button never heated the water so it was always the same temp as the pool - this needs to be addressed. The pool company was out multiple times and the gas company installed a new gas regulator but nothing fixed this. Next is a personal preference - the king bed in 3rd floor oceanfront was two twin mattresses together (huge pet peeve of mine) and they were NOT comfortable. This was not the case for all of the king beds so not sure why the primary had this. Finally, the pillows are not great but they are abundant (extras in all rooms), they go flat the minute your head hit them so bring your own if you are particular about your pillows.

In closing, the pros far outweigh the cons which were not enough to preclude me from re-booking this property (which I already did for next year) and I would recommend it to anyone for their stay.

Beautiful new home very well equipped with A/V, games, and gourmet kitchen pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. Glass and bar ware, plates for a few dozen. Two dishwashers, so it was easy to keep up. Beautiful porch and deck furnishings. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in the Garden City/ Murrells Inlet area.

This Ocean Front Property-was “Simply Heaven”, very nice location, house very clean, the house was absolutely beautiful, and just right for any family with kids, any little hiccups was immediately taken care of by Chelsea Ciorra, which by the way, even goes out of her way during her days off, what a “GEM”, on arrival at the office all the girls treated us nicely. Beach Realty is amazing for any type of vacation needs always making our trips incredible, we have used Beach Realty for the past 15+ years and have never been disappointed, Thank you guys!!!!
