We are a group of 10 men from across the country that have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 30 years every October for a week to play golf and just relax and enjoy hanging out with friends and talking about our old memories together and are now bringing our own kids into the group to continue this tradition for years to come. This is our second year staying in this house and we love the location and the actual house. The only issue this year is that the living room furniture was very worn out and dirty and we would highly recommend it being replaced before your next rental season. We hope to rent the same house again next year for the same dates and look forward to the updates of the home. The management company from Beach Realty were awesome folks to deal with and that process could not have been any easier. The only reason I rate the house as four stars is the living room furniture. We will reach out in the near future to talk about renting again for next season.

Great house, perfect for our Golf trip

We loved Crenshaw Retreat! It is a beautiful, clean home. All of the rooms are spacious, modern, and have beautiful flooring. Plenty of room for our family of 13. Having two large dining room tables and plenty of seating was awesome! The pool is large, and the kiddie pool helps with the littles. The house was designed with children in mind because no stairwell goes directly into the pool area, which was smart. The house is a very short walk to the beach. The living room furniture needs to be replaced with furniture that you do not sink into, and the kitchen utensils and pots/pans could use some additions. This is all normal with a home that is rented year round. The King Tide appeared for the last three days of our week. Our street and area were flooded and cars could not pass. The house next door closest to Dogwood Road was completely under water. The flooding occurred at night. Crenshaw's owners must be aware of this, because they have a cinderblock wall on both sides of the property, so the flooding did not affect us - only the front of the property. The flooding did not stop us and we had a blast at Crenshaw Retreat!! If you need baby and beach items to rent, I recommend Baby Gear Myrtle Beach! They were reasonably priced and awesome to deal with. We will definitely rent this property again. I highly recommend Crenshaw Retreat! You will not be disappointed!

This as our third year renting Crenshaw Retreat. It, once again, did not disappoint. This home fits our family of 19 perfectly. Perfect distance from the beach. Coming back in 2024!

We had our large family group of 9 adults and 5 children. The children were all under the age of 5. The house was perfect for our group. It was an easy walk to the beach and pier. The pool and storage unit downstairs were amazing. The smaller pool came in handy for the little ones. We are definitely returning next year.

This house was amazing! It had everything we could need and more. It’s the perfect location and a short walk to the beach and pier. We loved everything about it. The only minor complaints are the clothes dryer wasn’t working properly and the second fridge didn’t maintain its temp. Also, no matter how many times we cleaned the floors, our socks were always dirty. Otherwise, spectacular family vaca! Home away from home ! Already booked for two weeks for 2024!!!!

Third year in this home and we find new things to love about it every year!!

We had an incredible stay at Crenshaw Retreat. There was room for everyone, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Can't beat the location for the ocean, pier and activities. Best of all, THE POOL!

This was our second year staying at Crenshaw Retreat, love the house, very spacious for a large group. Love the location a very short walk to the beach. Love love the large pool! Although our weather for the week was not the best we were very comfortable in the house and had a very relaxing vacation.

VERY VERY VERY NICE!! Met the actual home owner and he was very down to earth cool guy!! Will definitely rent one of his several properties in the future!!

A great beach house with plenty of room. The kiddie pool was a real plus

Our stay at 121 Yaupon Ave was great. The house was spacious with all necessary amenities. The two refrigerators were a plus and accommodated all of our needs. Sitting on the porch with a view of the ocean was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful home, well decorated. Very roomy had everything you could think of. Wonderful pool, great location. I would recommend this home. I stayed with other companies in the past and will definitely book again through Beach Realty.

We had a wonderful time. We have been coming to Garden City for over 10 years and this was definitely the nicest house we have ever stayed in.

This beach property was a perfect fit for our extended family. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, had cool AC, comfortable mattresses, and a well-equipped kitchen. Chelsey, at the office, was wonderful to us! We have already requested the same week next year!

This house is very well equipped and is well maintained. We have stayed in several houses in this area and this is the nicest. You will not be disappointed with this property. There was a problem with the upstairs A/C. We reported the problem and within an hour a service tech arrived. It was a minor problem with a relay. Problem taken care of.

This is the second time we've stayed at Crenshaw Retreat and it is just perfect for our group of 10-15. The house and pool are beautiful and the location is great. Thank you for always making our stay memorable.

Great house, great location

Crenshaw Retreat is a beautiful property very close to the beach. The spaciousness of the home proved to be very comfortable for our family of 20. There were plenty of plates, silverware, pans, bowls and other kitchen equipment, including two refrigerators. A bathroom connected to each bedroom was a plus. The extra large pool and kids pool was the highlight of our stay!
The downside of the property was the fact that although the floors were mopped, they were still dirty. The baseboards, doors, hall vent and living room chairs could also use a good cleaning. The clothes dryer kept shutting off mid cycle most likely due to the fact that the lint trap is not removable.
All in all we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Of all the beach houses we’ve stayed at over the years, this was by far the best. Excellent value, the house was very large and accommodated our family perfectly . The bunk bed room was perfect for our grandkids! The decor is amazing, great location and having 2 full size refrigerators solves the problem with food storage for that many people! Great pool also!

Because the house is new everything was in great shape. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We booked Crenshaw Retreat after seeing it on Beach Realty website. The house is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. Plenty of seating for a large group. Loved having two refrigerators with a large group you definitely need that. The pool was huge compared to other houses we have rented. We had a great time and have already booked it for next year!

It was terrific. We had a marvelous week. Was able to stay together in a home away from home to stay safe.

This house was a great vacation home. Large bedrooms that all had their own private bath. This allowed everyone the privacy they needed. The house had a great common area with an open kitchen/ living room/ dining room concept where we spend many wonderful evenings together. The front porch had a nice little view of the ocean and fantastic rocking chairs, where some of us enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine. The kids loved the pool and spent hours splashing around in it. The kitchen was equipped with 2 fridges, which allowed us to have plenty of room for all of our groceries without fighting over space. Definitely would return to this property given how gorgeous it was and its close proximity to the beach.
