The house was beautiful and Ocean Front. The balcony had the taller chairs which are great and a small pool the kids loved. The carpets in some of the bedrooms could of been spot cleaned from spills. The room with double beds the bathroom door needs adjusted could not open all the way and when we called about the toilet problem they came right away and took care of it and the closet door had issue there but they had to order parts for that. The elevator was great for luggage and groceries. We would definitely go back and recommend it to families. I do wish we could of parked our cars there once we arrived early on Saturday and could be called that the unit had been cleaned early and was available. We parked on a side street that DID NOT HAVE ANY SIGNS OF NO PARKING and we got a ticket but were lucky our car was not towed like other people at the beach was. We saw police there and they did let us move our car but said the parking ticket would have to be paid. BEWARE of PARKING.

The house was very clean with beautiful decor. The elevator was a plus for bringing luggage and groceries up and down. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The view from the back deck was beautiful. We had some minor issues that were taken care of right away. Definitely was a relaxing getaway and would stay again for sure!

Well kept home with plenty of room right on the beach in an area that was not over crowded. Perfect spot for families looking for down time on the beach and plenty of activities in the area for adults and kids - golf, restaurants, arcade, water park, mini golf.

Lovely property in a great location. Excellent mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is very good. Great wifi if you need to connect. If you cook out a lot rent a grill as the one on the property is on the oceanfront and it was too windy to use in that location. Overall great house.

From booking to checkout, everything was great. The house is a few minutes walk to the Garden City pier but the beach was relatively quiet. The property is on four levels. Ground is the parking and an elevator to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms. One King suite, a queen and a room with 2 queen beds. Up another level is the main living area, spacious well appointed and equipped. The deck has a nice pool, small but ideal, and some seating. Upstairs there’s a king suite and a queen suite. Our only issue was the elevator didn’t work on arrival but was fixed by time we left. Other opportunities: remove shutters from top bedroom to enjoy the view more, clear out the area with outdoor shower, allow pool heating even in summer months. Excellent and well recommended.

This house is lovely and perfectly located! We loved the bedroom placement on two floors with the kitchen and living room on another floor which provided lots of privacy. The beach and pool made it ideal.

We were very impressed with the house, as it was exactly like it was advertised online. It was beautiful, clean, the pool was great, the location ideal. We will definitely be renting from your company again however we do have one suggestion. One day during our stay, we were enjoying the beach and my 13 year old son went inside to use the bathroom. When he came out of the bathroom he heard the main doors key code opening the door and a strange man just walked into the house. He was very scared and ran outside to tell us. The man ended up being the pool cleaner but still, the way it happened was not ok. If it was a scheduled cleaning that day and time should have been on our check in packet so we weren’t taken by surprise like that. If it wasn’t scheduled then we should have received a phone call letting us know he would be coming. Our son was pretty shaken up by the whole thing. Other than that we were very happy and look forward to staying again next year!!!!
