Island Oasis was rented for a family reunion, and it more than met our expectations. The house was nicely furnished and immaculate. The size and location to shopping needs was perfect for our family, and everyone loved being directly on the beach and also having a pool. A wonderful week was had by all!

My stay was great! Only a few minor things. The tub on the third floor did not work, the ice maker got clogged with ice in the main fridge, and the tub in one of the bedrooms was slow draining. The only other thing I will say is that if you stay here in the off season pay for the pool heat. The pool is located in the front of the house and does not get sun until like 2 or 3 pm. Therefore it was pretty cold and we were not able to use due to this. The rest of the stay was amazing and I would recommend this property to all my friends and family.

This is the perfect house for a large family. Everyone has their own bedrooms and bath. Being on the beach is perfect when you have small children and grands. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The living room could use an update on the furniture but otherwise it is perfect.

We loved Island Oasis. The house was great. Location right on the beach, clean, lots of room for big families. Sliding door was hard to open and they sent someone out and worked on it right away. We have already booked for next year.

Great home! Has a large amount of space for several families with kids. We were not sure if we would like the pool location but with older parents who do not like being in the sun a lot it really helped. We enjoyed having a large porch to view the beautiful ocean. There wet a couple of items that need attention but nothing that would stop you from enjoying a wonderful vacation.

We had a great week - other than the air conditioning on the main level barely working for several days. Beach Realty was very responsive - the problem was the a/c company not getting it fixed the first time they came out. The home is very spacious - thanks for being "dog friendly".

This property was very accurately described and held our group of 16 perfectly. It was very spacious and very well equipped with just about everything you might need. Because it is in a residential area, the beach is not crowded at all. You have a large expanse of beach all to yourself. It is located away from any commercial activity but yet activities are a short drive away. The rental process was handled promptly and efficiently. One nearby restaurant I would highly recommend is Dead Dog Saloon. They handled our group of 22 with ease and efficiently. Great food too.

We had such a great stay here! Parking was simple, the main area was so open and family friendly! The home was very well cleaned: so unusual for a beach rental! The beds were super comfortable, which was a real treat. We really enjoyed the dining porch and quiet beach. The beach chairs were nice, the kitchen well laid out and labeled. We had everything we needed. The rooms were huge, and each space was usable and pleasant.
If I had to critique, I would ask for 1 set of trash bags, paper towels and a couple dish soap and hand soaps to get us started. The road noise was noticeable but acceptable during spring break. I'd suggest blackout curtains on the second front bedroom to reduce any noise. It was quiet on the beach side. Carpets were old and a little matted, but it's hard to keep stuff looking new at the beach. I'd definitely rent here again!

Island Oasis absolutely lives up to its name, as it is an Oasis to say the very least. This is the perfect home to pile into with friends and loved ones, as you relax ans reconnect with those dear to you. This home is very spacious with three floors of anything/everything you might want. As some of the other homes we have stayed in, this one did not have a collection of sand/outdoor play toys, so you will want to bring your own should you have little ones. The bunk room was the one room that did not have a television, which our boys were not overly thrilled about, but a minor hiccup. Overall, it truly was relaxation at its best!

The home was wonderful. Much larger than it appears in the pictures. The back yard was great for the kids and the kitchen was well stocked and the second refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. The living room furniture is getting a little worn, but I can't think of anything else that wasn't perfect.

This is a beautiful home that is perfectly located in Garden City. We rented bikes from Beach Realty and rode down to pier and arcade (highly recommend). The home's pool was heated to the perfect temperature by property management. The home had some large flying "Palmetto bugs", but an exterminator was sent upon my call. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
