House was well appointed with dishes and cooking items, really appreciated two generous fridges. overall clean except random old food bits kept turning up from under the furniture, the only issue was the hot tub that kept quit working, when it was fixed it would not turn off sometimes, or be hot and bubbly during the day which we did not need or we would not realize it wasn't heating or turning on until the evening when the adults would have enjoyed using it but who do you call at 9 at night? not an emergency. This was our second year in a row renting Pittsman Porch in October and again was not disappointed. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the best amenities you can ask for. The beach is literally a block away and, because of the time of year, you have the beach pretty much to yourself. The inlet is beautiful as well with the most amazing sunsets. The street is quiet and you definitely feel like you are in your own little oasis. We just absolutely love the area too. We cannot wait to return next year.

Beautiful home! This was our 7th year with Beach Realty, they are amazing to work with! Properties are always very clean. Unfortunately our weekly stay turned into a 2 night stay...Thanks to Hurricane Dorian and mandatory evacuations. This house is well stocked in kitchen. Pool area very nice. Easy walk to beach. Will rent this house again

If you are looking for a great floor plan, beautiful interior and exterior designed spaces, then this one checks all the boxes! Our families have been coming to Garden City for over 25 years and this one is a keeper. Very clean, well thought out and nicely done. Interior furnishings and decor are top shelf and well kept.

This home has everything you can ask for a group to relax and enjoy and spend time together! The owners have done a beautiful job with the decor, amenities, and decking out all the porches. Paradise awaits with a quick walk to the beach, the inlet for fishing and kayaking and a porch for every view!

We really enjoyed the house as it was a perfect layout for two families. The canal was used often for grandkids for fishing. The pool was a plus as well. We will definitely return again next year. The beach is a short distance away.

In planning our annual family vacation, I found a perfect property available for our family of 10 through Beach Realty.
