J.D. Lee comes to Beach Realty with an impressive & diverse professional background. A former regional president of the 4th largest Assisted Living company in the U.S., JD understands how to meet the unique needs of his clients. He is an avid scholar, having received both a BS in psychology & a M.Ed in Counseling from Tusculum College & Kent State, respectively. With nearly a decade of experience in this industry, he comes to Beach Realty with a passion for helping folks find their perfect vacation home. Originally from Nashville, TN Lisa has resided in the Myrtle Beach area since 1983. She has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in over 500 sales transactions.

A wife and mother, Lisa has been married to her husband Chris for 21 years. They have 2 children, Zachary & Cameron. Lisa is also looking forward to becoming a grandmother in November 2011.

When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs, swimming, bike riding, and reading.

David has enjoyed a Career in Real Estate since 2000. He has a daughter, Jessica who is a Junior at USC. Jessica makes her father very proud and is the greatest joy of his life. Outside of Real Estate he Umpires Professional Baseball . He has been doing so since 1999. His hobbies include exercise, golf, suba diving, cycling, motorcycles and the Carolina Gamecocks, Go Cocks!. David enjoys working in a town in which he calls home. He enjoys the Beach Lifestyle, meeting new people. Activities & Hobbies Outside Real Estate: Norma A. Gaut relocated to Surfside permanently in 2001 from Tryon, North Carolina. Before coming here, she and her late husband owned their own company. After his death, Norma was the Broker-in- Charge for Re/Max Advantage Realty until moving. She has over 30 years of residential experience in real estate and office management. She holds licenses in North and South Carolina. Loves family, reading, and UNC Basketball. Education includes attending UNC, Spartanburg School of Nursing, and Cumbie Real Estate for Brokers license and GRI.

Preston Guyton

Preston Guyton was raised in South Carolina and is a true native of the Grand Strand area. Over the years Preston has dealt with and specializes in all types of property transactions. Preston’s knowledge in internet real estate marketing enables him to place property listings in front of potential buyers 24 hours a day! His practical, economical approach to locating and listing property is well organized and highly effective. Preston is a licensed home builder in the State of South Carolina. CRG Construction, founded by Preston, designs and builds custom homes throughout Horry and Georgetown County.

Brian DiLascia (Owner) joined Beach Realty as a partner in 2011. Having owned beach homes in the Garden City and Surfside Beach areas over the past decade, Brian brings the “owner’s perspective” to the company. He understands the level of service expected by both home owners and vacation guests and has been instrumental in “raising the bar” as to what’s expected by a management company. Brian also has over 15 years of executive management experience that he brings to our market to help enable Beach Realty’s vision to grow into a market leader for beach home property management.

Carina Furr

Activities & Hobbies Outside Real Estate:
Caina was born in Michigan, raised in Ohio, staying in South Carolina! Carina moved to the beach in 1998 to attend Coastal Carolina University. Currently Carina resides in Murrells Inlet with her husband and 2 precious boys – Brooks Perry (5) and Banks Porter (2). She also has 2 furry boys – Simon and Finn. Although Carina has her Nursing degree, she continues to love the Real Estate/Vacation Rentals industry. She has been working in this field since 2001. She has her Real Estate Brokers license, GRI and ABR designations. She has served on many committees and taught classes at Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. When not working in the Real Estate field, Carina also holds wine tastings through the Traveling Vineyard.

Carina is a member of Belin United Methodist Church. She is a Children’s Church Volunteer and the Board Secretary of the Belin Creative Learning Center’s Parents Club. Carina is also a PTA member at St. James Elementary School. Carina also volunteers as the “room Momma” for both of her boys’ classrooms.

When Carina is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her 2 “little men”. She is always on the go with them – taking them to their baseball and soccer games, to the local festivals, heading to the farm to feed the horses, playing with friends, golf cart rides, hanging out at the dock, fishing, and of course – the BEACH! We love playing on the beach and relaxing at the beach! Carina and her family also enjoy dining out at all the amazing local restaurants!

She has a passion for Latin dance and international travel. She also enjoys the simple things like spending time with friends and family. Andrea has been in the Garden City Beach area for 20 years. She was introduced to the vacation rental industry at an early age, and has dedicated over 10 years to the industry. Andrea spent 4 years overseas and enjoyed learning how to connect with customers of different cultures. She brings to the company a very bubbly and outgoing personality, with the willingness and experience to ensure our customers have a vacation they will forever remember.
Andrea enjoys church, boating, four wheeling, and fishing with her 5 year old son. She cherishes the opportunity to spend time with her family and friends, with a passion for photography.

Austyn was born and raised in Myrtle Beach , SC. She Attended Myrtle Beach High and later attended College at the University of South Carolina. She majored in Political Science with a concentration in American Government. She minored in PR, Advertising and Marketing ( School of Journalism at University of South Carolina). Throughout school volunteering became a passion ,committing herself to Breast Cancer Awareness. Also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha , Austyn interned with local , state and federal political actors throughout her four years of school, which fed her passion for politics. With a passion for Traveling , staying in touch with friends, College Football Games ( Go Gamecocks!) she decided to start a Career using her Journalism Schooling background. Beginning in June of 2011, Austyn has come back to the beach and now works for Beach Realty, handling the Marketing Department.

Kellie MacKenzie

has multiple years of experience in vacation rentals and customer service. She enjoys making clients vacation dreams a reality by finding them the perfect beach home. She has a well based knowledge of area restaurants and attractions. She enjoys taking the extra step to get clients the information they need.

Outside of Beach Realty: After growing up in Raleigh, NC and spending vacations in the Grand Strand every summer Kellie decided to become a permanent resident at the beach! Kellie enjoys spending time with her family. Watching her daughter grow and learn new things. Taking walks on the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk after enjoying a wonderful meal at one of the many restaurants along the water. Relaxing on the beach, fishing, boating, eating sushi, and shucking oysters!

Donnie MacKenzie

Donnie is the newest member of Beach Realty as a new and Proud General Manager of rental operations . Donnie has lived in the Surfside Beach, Garden City area for over twenty years. His family started vacationing here starting when Donnie would come to the beach for Spring Break. They enjoyed the beach and lifestyle so much that he decided to make it his permanent home. Donnie now lives in the Myrtle Beach area with his wife Kellie and his daughter Kyleigh. He has have worked with another large vacation rental company here in the Surfside, Garden City area for over ten years. He has over seventeen years of knowledge in the rental industry. His knowledge of the rental industry and local market will help to ensure that we maximize renters investment by providing a vacation experience for our guests like no other.
