The Future of Vacation Home Ownership

Interval Ownership, unlike timeshare, provides the investor with a fee-simple, deeded title to the property. This means that you own your share of the home, not just the rights to a week of using it.

How Does Interval Ownership Work?

As the name implies, your are purchasing an interval share of the property. Typically, thirteen (13) investors will purchase the property together. Each share allows its owner four (4) weeks of exclusive use of the home. These weeks are divided throughout each season, and rotate forward one week each year. This way, each family has the opportunity to enjoy their luxury vacation home during the time of year best for them. The homes come fully-furnished, and a nominal homeowners fee ensures our company tends to all the maintenance & upkeep required.
